AAA confirmed that no money should ever be exchanged for a battery jump and not to pay them. I told the driver to send someone else, and they did not communicate to AAA they were not taking the call. If you have AAA and get this company, do not pay them a dime! They are attempting to extort money from you when they do this. I contacted the company directly to address the issue, was hung up on by the owner, and he refused to answer calls from me to continue to discuss the problem, like a man. And in our conversation the owner said at least no one was injured, which I agreed to as well seeing as how I just lost my father.
