AAA confirmed that no money should ever be exchanged for a battery jump and not to pay them. I told the driver to send someone else, and they did not communicate to AAA they were not taking the call. If you have AAA and get this company, do not pay them a dime! They are attempting to extort money from you when they do this. I contacted the company directly to address the issue, was hung up on by the owner, and he refused to answer calls from me to continue to discuss the problem, like a man. Horrible service, uncaring, and unable to take ownership for their own negligence.

They own their own business and charge $125 for administrative fees on top of that! When I called to ask about picking up the car the owner, Dave, told me that my car was not in driving condition. That I would need to haul it out because he could barely get it to back up. Picked up the car, no issues. Runs great. We went to so much trouble to get a truck and trailer because the car was not in driving condition! All in total $1094 in charges. And in our conversation the owner said at least no one was injured, which I agreed to as well seeing as how I just lost my father. The owner knew this information and he still conducted business in such a cold manner.

Called on Wednesday just to make sure we were still good for the next day. He says he's backed up and won't be able to take the vehicle until the following Wednesday. The next day, a few miles into South Dakota, her engine blew up. Walmart reviewed the footage and agreed that the technician pulled the oil filter and then placed the SAME FILTER back in. After the car was towed back to MN, her local mechanic determined that the oil filter was absolutely clogged and likely responsible for the engine failure. My mother routinely used Walmart Auto Care for oil changes, so who knows how long they went without replacing this filter. Despite their own video evidence Walmart Auto Care dispensed no compensation for the engine, the tow, or even the negligent oil change! Do not use this center. If you must, be sure that they have your oil filter in stock and double check that a new one is on before you drive away.
