We waited a week and still did not hear anything so we called our insurance company who then called them and told us that someone at Rob's Auto Body would be calling us. Waited another week with still no phone call. Called our insurance company again and they referred us some where else and that company gave us a quote the next day. So here were are over 3 weeks later and still no word from Rob's Auto Body! This place is a joke! My insurance company won't be referring clients there anymore!

Tim said they were booked out 3-4 weeks. I said I can live with that and set my appointment. The Thursday before my appointment they called and pushed it back another week and I said OK. Then I finally dropped it off for my appointment and after a long story of bad communication, treating the customer bad including yelling at my son, I have picked the truck up eight weeks later with the work not complete and I have brought it to another body shop in town. I own a business myself and cant believe anyone runs their business like this.
