It was a miracle that no one was hurt. It is a busy highway. I called Custom Towing and they were on it! From the moment I talked to her on the phone to the time I drove away BOTH of the tow truck company employees were VERY friendly, helpful and professional! I couldn't pull my trailer back due to a broken hitch on the pickup, the towing company took the trailer to their lot until i could get back with a different truck. I believe it was the owner that I talked with about picking it up. VERY nice, professional, helpful and friendly. Thanks To All Of You At Custom Towing that helped me! It was a not so good situation but the employees with the tow company made it a much easier situation to be in. They earned every dollar they charged me for the pull out, that is for sure!

My car got towed which I completely understand is on me but I live in another state and work on Monday, so I called to see if we could work something out. They were hard to get ahold before noon then after 12 they said they were closed at 12. Richie said he would see what he can do and would give me a call back. I waited multiple hours before I reached back out. He wouldn't answer my calls but would text me asking the repeating questions about proof of ownership and all that. I gave the information multiple times and asked a follow up question on if he's gonna be able to help because I'd have to let my boss know if not. With no response I could only assume he's not someone who's gonna help out his customers, he'll do whatever he can to hold on to the car just to get money out of the costumer. I understand it's my fault for getting the car towed but the lack of communication and care for his customers is very evident. I go in to pick it up Monday morning at 8:30 and they charge me for 3 days even tho it went in Saturday morning at about 8:30 that's just at 48 hours. Costed $600 after Everything said and done. I have a lot of family that owns there own mechanic shops. I'll be spreading this information as far as I can.
