The entire building exudes a sense of adventure, with its impressive size and exciting hunting decor and waterfall makes it feel like stepping into the great outdoors. I was amazed by the wide range of products they carry, from cart hart to north face to ray ban. We decided that I needed a new fishing pool for offshore fishing. We found a fantastic deal on one, and we also got a great deal on a fishing license. The service provided was exceptional and courteous. I'll be coming back here again and again to explore what other products they have that will enhance my next fishing adventure.

I came to look for slippers for my mom, but ended up walking out with a pair of Tevas for myself…read more How did that happen? Well, when you have a $10 rewards card it is hard to let it go unused. Way to lure me in DSW! So I didn't find any slippers that would meet my senior mom's long list of requirements. Their slipper selection was pretty limited. I did see some sandals I liked, but none in my size in the color I liked. So I went to the clearance section; there are always lots of size 7s to peruse. I found a pair of Teva sandals. I'm not really into hippie- style shoes, but I tried them on anyways. They were so comfy! Of course I *had* to buy them because with clearance shoes you get that extra discount, you know. What started at $59.98 ended up at $31.99. Yay for my feet!

We found this location yesterday on our way home from Partridge Creek and decided to stop in to look around. This is a nice location and the individuals here are extremely friendly and helpful, anxious to assist us and talk to us all about the place. While to me the clothing is a bit pricey, they had a massive amount of sale item racks plus an extra 25% off the entire store which made it very enticing. Their clothing does have a reputation to be quality and long lasting so we bought a couple pairs of leggings to start and a shirt for my husband. We will see if their items live us to their claims and I will probably look there again in the future for more clothing. While the style is on the plain and simple side, they have a lot of cute stuff and nice basics.

My family and I were in the store at partridge…read morecreek November 14 and had to order shoes for my kids because they didn't have their sizes in stock. We never received a confirmation email for the order. The Wednesday after we received my daughter's shoes. December 5 I called the store to ask why we still hadn't received my son's shoes. I was initially told to call customer service, but then told (almost in the same breath) that they received them in store that day and would be shipped out the next day. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the store saying they were wrong and it wasn't our order they got, but someone else's. They again gave me the number for customer service. I called the number provided and it was a completely different company. I googled a customer service number and called that number. Talked to a lady who told me I would need to call back the next day because the store had already closed for the day and they needed to confirm with them what was going on with my order. Called again the next day and was told that shoe is no longer in stock. A refund was supposedly processed. I was told they cannot issue refunds to debit cards, which was my original form of payment, so I provided them a credit card number, as my only other options were to wait for a check or to drive out to the store and get my refund (the store is an hour away from my home). I was told 3-5 business days and the refund would post. Yesterday was 5 days and, you guessed it - no refund! I again called customer service and was told they tried to refund it to the original form of payment but couldn't because it's a debit card. I explained that I gave them a separate credit card number because I was told it couldn't be issued to a debit. They gave me some line about not keeping the original form of payment on file, so they couldn't possibly have tried to issue to that. But then I was told a refund was approved yesterday and a check would be sent in 7-10 business days, which now puts us out $100 for well over a month right before Xmas. They didn't even offer to overnight the check and of course the processing department for refunds doesn't take calls! This company has failed at every opportunity to provide the bare minimum of customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

Been a loyal customer with Northface ski pants, ski jackets, bike jackets, hiking shorts etc. Never been treated so poorly at a high end outdoor retailer before. I understand a No Return Policy at a low end retailer. Northface always stood for quality items & superior customer service. Northface must have been bought out by a Corporation that is bleeding the brand dry. My item was never worn, & had the original tag on. I tried to get a store credit, because I was going to buy a new North face ski jacket this winter. No resolution -just 60% of the receipt & I had to use the money same day. As we walked in, the store seemed to open up, like a grocery store for shoes. We couldn't believe how many different shoe options were there!
