The Service: The customer service is meh and here's what I mean. When I'm in the store, I'm never greeted, never approached, just gazed upon. No one seems to be of help in-store. Now, when I called to inquire about the punching bag, the guy in team sports was super helpful and very friendly. I say this to say, I know the customer service is there, I just wish more of the associates would show it. I worked at an Academy well over 10 years ago, and the service we gave compared to what I see today, is night and day. When I came in to pick up my punching bag and stand, I was told to wait to the side after I paid. I was then told to pull my cat around to the back. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came. I called and they apologized and told me to come back to the front. They were there waiting for me. So it was definitely a bit of a run around. The only thing that's giving them a three star review is the guy who helped me over the phone was really nice. I wish I knew his name.

The absolute worst retail experience of my life. I met Chris the owner a few years back when we…read moreboth were in BNI. So when it came time for us to expand he seemed like a good choice. Boy was i wrong. I went to get some shirts printed with the company logo. Chris was there everything went fine. The problem began when I tried get more items printed. I reached out via email. No response. I called, when I did the girl Mandy on the phone was absolutely disgusting. Basically saying she's to busy to take my order send an email. I tried explaining that I had already done so to no avail. So normally I quit doing business with people like this immediately. But since I knew Chris I could talk to him when I seen him. I was not notified that my shirts were done, since I needed them so bad I called and sure they were ready. I get there and kind of tongue in cheek kind of way mentioned the poor service I received. I never once raised my voice or used and inappropriate language at any moment. Then Chris just exploded he turned Beet red yelling at me about he doesnt need my business and can get out now. His behavior was so egregious and unwarranted it must be stopped. so I go into apology mode just for deescalation sake and it seemed the more I apologized the angrier he became. Then he marched me into his warehouse screaming no you apologize to mandy, so I did in front of everyone. I was cool as a cucumber the entire time. Cleary Chris is racist and mentally unstable. I think asking why its so hard to place an order at a place of business is viable question. He needs some help. Even if we agree to part ways in business which happens everyday, should still be done in a calm professional, non aggressive, non threating way. What Chris did is wholly unacceptable and shouldn't be in business. He had the nerve to be screaming at me because Mandy work so hard in a hot warehouse. I guess he forgot I work in a 160 degree attic with a great attitude. I don't blame the client for work i chose.

I was told, yes, I then asked could I get it by Friday, I was told yes. I drove all the way from Oxford. When I got there I entered the building and walked all the way to the other side of the store and NO ONE could be found. I walked back to the counter and was repeatedly yelling, Hello and still no one. I walked back to the other side of the store and there was a gentleman in an office. He came out as soon as he heard me saying Hello. He had to go to the back and got a girl. I told her why I was there she looked totally lost. The owner was a little confused as to why I was in the store and not in the embroidery store. So he told me where to go to get there. I got there and the girl was writing down my request and when I told her I needed it by Friday, she told me, "there is no way they can do it by then." I walked out totally frustrated and very disappointed in the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I received. I did call the store back and spoke with the owner and told him how disappointed I was and he offered for me to come back and he will make sure I get it by Friday. NO thank you, two horrible customer service experiences I will find someone else!!
