I have even had unsolicited advise, which turned out to be very practical. They pretty much have always had what I was there to buy, except on two occasions although their website stated they were in stock. Overall the prices are competitive, either a tad more expensive or less expensive than Amazon (and we all know how they've cornered the market). Although I prefer to shop in person we have had several items delivered, with their delivery service being very quick. The times we have had deliveries it was FREE to do so, which brings me to finally realizing I had not done a review for this place. Today I went in and purchased a few items, but forgot to get one of their 5 gallon buckets. After getting home and realizing this I went on line to see how much they were and they promoted FREE delivery this very same day. So I ordered one and added a 2 gallon bucket for shits and giggles. I was notified that there was a problem getting both delivered today and the order was split. The 5 gallon did show up this evening and the lowly 2 gallon is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. This was a very low dollar amount order to begin with and I actually feel guilty about it. They were going to lose money on this minor purchase to begin with and now it's an even bigger loss! We had purchased about $4,000 worth of tile(Ashford classic porcelain 10x60" in soft ash am color and bundled 3 per box). Half of the cardboard boxes were destroyed from the weather(tile was fine). Boxes were drenched and fell apart upon lifting. An entire pallet was this way and made it EXTREMELY difficult to offload by hand. Not sure who to blame. Whether it be the store(Floor and Decor out of Lakeland, FL) or Ashford. If we had known the pallet was in this condition, we would not have accepted it(pallet in blue plastic). We would recommend this store for their product knowledge and assistance. But, we would not recommend this store for loading a product of this expense in this condition. See pics for reference.

I am going to give some verbatim quotes from the store manager, Keith Chicoine. "You can go ahead and complain and hit all of the walls you want. I have a following, and I have store of the year; nothing will happen." Keith said this with a big grin on his face. I asked him to put his ego aside and to please understand where I was coming from. He said, "I can't; my ego is big; it is 10 feet in front of me." Much more was said. Gabe the assistant manager is an EXCELLENT example of balancing great customer service and giving reassurance that he is taking a complaint seriously; he should be running this store. Came in to pick up an ignition coil for my 2019 mustang gt, I specially told the cashier the car…read moreyear and details, and he quickly checked me out and sent me on my way. Keep in mind the receipt simply said "Ford Ignition Coil" so at this point I assumed it would be the correct part. Now I'm in my garage, comparing this ignition coil to the faulty one and it seems they gave me the oem ignition coil for the 2011-2016 mustang gt, not compatible with my car. This was a fairly long drive for me which just adds injury to insult. I will not be back. (Edit: my return was accepted at my local shop without any issues. The cashier offered to help find the correct ignition coil for me, 3 stars instead of 1)
