Shoes, that meet the earth with every step, can typically be returned if theyre not badly worn. I compared shoes, hardly worn for 5 days, if they can be returned, and i know they can because chain stores want to keep customers satisfied. But..were talking a hat here...with a total of 10 min in 5 days of wear. I look at my receipt and see a lids.com. I kindly leave and get the customer service phone number from their site. LIDS.com did not question my return, did not deny my return, and apologized on this store's stingy policy. They sent me a fedex slip to send it back, free of charge, and gave me a refund.
