This store specifically grabbed our rifle out of the deliveries and processed it while we were standing there. That's a huge inconvenience for them but they did it with a smile. We were leaving town as soon as we picked it up and we're thrilled not to have to wait another day or two. Plus, the selection of firearms, sporting goods, ammo and magazines is far beyond anything in the area. You'd think this huge store was in a big city. Not a blue city mind you. lol. I will miss this gun store and the staff. You were get your dollars worth here as well as some good down home style, chin wagging. I highly recommend this gun sport store. Simply great people.

I don't know anyone here and haven't been here before but the young man greeted me and offered assistance right off the bat. I walked around for a bit and when I finally did need help he went out of his way to call other stores to see if they had what I wanted. We approached the doors and they were still unlocked. We proceeded to the soccer ball area within 10 feet of where the two employees were dusting shelves. We overheard them speaking of their hatred for Enterprise, but not once did they engage us. We spent approximately ten minutes looking at unreachable soccer balls, somehow got the one we wanted down and proceeded to the register. We waited at the register for five minutes still without attention. We were facing where the employees remained dusting shelves in the empty store. Finally after five minutes my wife walked over and informed the employees we were ready to check out. At this point the male employee stated he told the female employee to check us out, yet she didn't apparently get that message. Finally the female employee walked over, without apology or addressing the gross lack of customer service and checked us out. We stated we had been waiting at the register for some time, to which she responded twice, "no you haven't I have been watching". We quickly ignored her unwarranted comments, gave Hibbett Sports out money and exited. I'm very confident we could have spent in upwards of 30 minutes looking around the store without being asked for help or simply receiving that good old Southern Charm. Unfortunately options are really limited in Enterprise, AL in concerns of sports stores. They have a recent upgrade which makes it more respectable, but the experience has placed a big NO for us on Hibbett.

I bought the same shoes in different color at Eagle eye for cheaper with a better overall staff experience and a more up to date realistic return policy. I live in the DMV so I called this store and asked if it'd be okay for my parents to come through and get a patio set on me. They were very understanding of the situation and they helped my parents very quickly. My parents are deaf so I was on FaceTime with my dad to help everyone out in the situation. I shop at Big Lots locally and the two stores near my parents in the Panhandle have been temporarily closed so I was happy that they had the option to not only drive to Dothan but had a team willing to help them. This location showed 3 in stock only to find out the day I was supposed to pick up their inventory is wrong and they have none. No one bothered to even notify me they cancelled my order I had to call there to find out I would have to wait another week making my 20% off online coupon expire. The furniture manager at the Dothan location John was unbelievably helpful and was able to get me exactly the set I wanted. He was also able to honor my online order with the 20% off coupon the same day i called him. He made my day and was beyond helpful. I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location for any more furniture because of John's excellent customer service.
