The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the range was set up nicely. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was willing to answer questions and take the time to make sure I had a great experience. Business refused to even acknowledge the item wasn't shipped. Better to go to Locked and Loaded for your gun/ammo needs as their prices and better and they won't treat you badly.

I don't know anyone here and haven't been here before but the young man greeted me and offered assistance right off the bat. I walked around for a bit and when I finally did need help he went out of his way to call other stores to see if they had what I wanted. I had nothing but a good experience here and wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed something.

We approached the doors and they were still unlocked. We proceeded to the soccer ball area within 10 feet of where the two employees were dusting shelves. We overheard them speaking of their hatred for Enterprise, but not once did they engage us. We spent approximately ten minutes looking at unreachable soccer balls, somehow got the one we wanted down and proceeded to the register. We waited at the register for five minutes still without attention. We were facing where the employees remained dusting shelves in the empty store. Finally after five minutes my wife walked over and informed the employees we were ready to check out. At this point the male employee stated he told the female employee to check us out, yet she didn't apparently get that message. Finally the female employee walked over, without apology or addressing the gross lack of customer service and checked us out. We stated we had been waiting at the register for some time, to which she responded twice, "no you haven't I have been watching". We quickly ignored her unwarranted comments, gave Hibbett Sports out money and exited. I'm very confident we could have spent in upwards of 30 minutes looking around the store without being asked for help or simply receiving that good old Southern Charm. Unfortunately options are really limited in Enterprise, AL in concerns of sports stores. They have a recent upgrade which makes it more respectable, but the experience has placed a big NO for us on Hibbett.

It seems like the Walmart Neighborhood Marts have transitioned from moving into old grocery stores into building brand new locations. Which leads them to have brand new, brightly lit, nice looking grocery. But apparently it leads them to configure this unlike any other grocery I have been to. Besides the building itself, the biggest difference between this location and others I have been to was the produce. They had an abundance of beautiful fruits and veggies. I was shocked at how good everything looked. With Winn-Dixie now closed across the street and Publix still being on the pricey end, it looks like this is my family's new go-to when in Dothan.

I had her meds transferred to another pharmacy and Ashley stated "Well damn, I'm glad to see her leave" and the other workers started laughing. This pharmacy is very ill-bred towards customers, even giving out the wrong meds to us on several occasion. These people mix peoples medications up that could cause deaths and laugh about it. They do not care whatsoever! I was given the wrong thyroid medication multiple times and the label wasn't properly attached this last time. I do have proof. These people knowingly gave Walgreens, when they called to transfer my mother's perscription, another person's medication and information. At what point is enough enough? They are unprofessional, and have every intent to cause harm through negligence. You can verify this with Walgreens. Christina, from Walgreens, called me trying to get my information because the neighborhood pharmacy kept giving her someone elses. They need to be investigated for giving people the wrong medication. They are playing russian roulette with peoples' lives. When I told them that I was going to file a complaint because of how nasty they are, the walmart worker Don nonchalantly stated "Go right ahead. that's your right". You could hear people laughing in the background after he said it too. They feel they can talk to people however they please but can't handle it when they get it back.

Two of the guys were standing around and when others came in they decided to help them instead. The first two trips the customer service was not great as they were very unfriendly but he decided to try again today and we won't be back. We Will drive to Dothan or visit the other Pawn store in town who are by far more friendly and helpful. Do not recommend going to them if you want good service.

I found it on yelp actually, and drove down there to see what it was all about after looking at their Instagram. They have the cutest things! I ended up getting a set and some shorts, perfect to throw on with sandals. I ended up wearing the set on a date to The Rawls (also in downtown) and my boyfriend loved it! I will definitely be going back there!!
