There is a sign by the main road, but you have to be on the lookout for it as you might go right past it (traffic can be heavy and moves quickly along this stretch of road). There isn't a huge amount of parking here, but I've never seen a tremendous number of cars in the parking lot so parking isn't a problem. The grounds are clean and presentable. Interior: this place is packed with inventory! There are no signs for the different sections, but wandering through is fun if you come here. The "aisles" are large enough to move through comfortably, though too many people in a given section might get crowded. Staff: the associates are great! I have always been greeted upon arrival and they are quick to assist customers when trying to find a specific product. They are very polite, professional, and courteous. Product: as I mentioned earlier, this store has lots of inventory! Boots, clothing, packs, tactical gear, knives, patches, camping accessories, and the list goes on. There are so many items here you may discover things you didn't expect! I have found many of the items are priced far lower than mainline stores with the same products. I prefer to come here first to see if they have the item(s) I seek so I can save some money. All the product I purchase has been of very good quality to exceptional quality and has lasted far longer than items I've found in mainline stores (after all, must of it is military surplus). Overall, this is a great store to find a huge selection of items, some of which might be hard to find. The staff is wonderful and the products are less expensive, but of better quality.

I have a Thule bike rack that I bought somewhere besides RRT. I won't name the store because I…read morethink they did their best but I will never buy another Thule from anyone other than RRT. And I may go in there and just buy a bunch of other stuff! I had to call Thule's 800 number after multiple attempts to unlock my bike rack with no real assistance from the place I purchased it. The customer service representative on the phone with Thule gave me RRT's address and phone number. I called and Emily was doing her "bookwork" but she walked up front and handed the "master keys" to her sales help in the store. They seemed to be expecting me when I arrived and Dalton walked out to my car with me. As the customer service representative on the phone had told me, there is a ring of 100 keys and Dalton tried every one of the them. Luckily, we found it after almost 70 different keys but I was treated so well. They didn't have to help me, I didn't buy the Thule Bike Rack from them. But this will be the first place I go in the future! According to Dalton, they offer FREE installation! It's a nice store in Old Milford and it's apparently been there since 2010. I have been biking the trail for years and I promised Emily, no more Thule from anyone but Roads, Rivers and Trails! They ROCK!!!!!!!! They also have a lot of very attractive clothing and equipment. These shorts looked like the others on the rack, not like it was misplaced. Totally disappointed. Felt like the old "Bait and Switch" routine. I knew they would not honor the price. Cashier said Store does it all the time. I took picture of sale offer and shorts. Cashier doing her job and was nice. Did not buy shorts. Normally I like this store, Very Very unhappy with this business tactic.
