We own a few rental properties, luckily I found this company about 4 years ago, I use their…read moreservices every time my rental property has a change in tenants. They are terrific! I highly recommend them. Professional, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable and competent. In some instances where we considered replacing flooring, be it; carpet or vinyl, they were able to restore the flooring to look so good, that replacement was no longer considered or necessary. I usually follow their advice and recommendations and have never been disappointed. The have stretched carpets, patched carpets, steam cleaned carpets and have always managed to get them looking like new. They work miracles with vinyl, really bringing it back to new condition. I just used their services for tile cleaning, and again, they exceeded my expectations! They are working with a company that is developing natural cleaners, and I am amazed how clean the units smell after there services. For someone that uses them annually, I would say its the best value in the carpet cleaning industry hands down, you can not get better in Santa Fe.
