Joining this gym and training with LT are 2 of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only have I noticed physical gains I have also noticed substantial improvements to my confidence and mental health as a whole, which are much more important to me than my appearance. Your health begins between the ears and as coach Jordyn preaches, it's Mind over Muscle. Courtney has an absolute amazing team and her head trainer Bryce has made time for me and answered questions when I was unsure of how to properly use a piece of equipment. When I first walked in, I spoke with John, I explained to him my needs and my goals, and he pointed me right to LT , which I'm very very grateful for. In my experience with other gyms, the trainers will usually try to fake it till they make it just to sign up a new client, but this was not the case here. If you're looking for an amazing gym with phenomenal people, and you want to learn self-defense in the process, get your membership here and sign up with LT. If self-defense is not what you're looking for, check out their website, look through all the trainers, as it appears each one of them specializes in different avenues of fitness.

When I…read morestarted, as a almost 50 year old male, sitting at 43% body fat, barely active, and honestly feeling lazy and unmotivated. Fast forward half a year, and I'm now working out 5 days a week, feeling stronger, more mobile, and full of energy. My mobility and movement have drastically improved, and I've gained lean muscle while losing body fat, I'm fitting into clothes that hadn't fit in years and feeling more confident in my everyday life. I'm stronger both physically and mentally. My cardio endurance, flexibility, and overall strength have all improved dramatically. I actually look forward to every workout. Amy (the head coach) is such an amazing coach and person who genuinely cares about your well-being. She meets you exactly where you are and helps you progress safely and effectively. Every class feels like a personal training session. She's fully aware of my mobility limitations, makes smart modifications, and teaches techniques that build a strong, lasting foundation. Her approach ensures that you're not only getting fitter but also moving better and preventing injury. All of the coaches here are fantastic, knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They create an environment where everyone can succeed, no matter their fitness level. I've been to nine gyms in the past five years, and this one is by far the best. The community here is uplifting, supportive, and motivating, everyone encourages each other to keep showing up and doing their best. My health was going downhill before I started here, and I wasn't looking forward to turning 50. Now, I'm excited for the future, for my health, and for how I'm thriving again. Six months strong -- and I plan to be here for many years to come.

The studio is clean and…read moreconveniently located right off San Marcos Blvd. Make sure to park in the back (make a left at Better Buzz and another at the next stop sign after) to make sure you dont get trapped in the parking lot from the coffee drive through. I've gone to a number of instructors' classes and I've generally liked them all! They all have different styles and means of teaching but still follow classical Pilates principles. Some have more difficult classes even at the same class level than others, so definitely try a few different instructors to see whose style you enjoy best. Some of my favorites are Stephanie, Laura and Thalia. The studio super big which is great when you're in there, but does make it occasionally hard to get into classes. They do have a 12-hour cancellation window prior to class, and spots will typically open up if you waitlist. I haven't had that much trouble getting into afternoon classes. They offer monthly memberships and very occasionally have packages. I personally prefer the class packages for more flexibility but it seems rare that they have them. They dont always advertise it in the app, and I often find out from their instagram. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Pilates studio!

Parking is a lot better here since it's all open and uncovered and there's other stores around so it's a big lot. Also, they don't play music insanely loud to where my watch is yelling at me for the loud noise environment. They also have two instructors for bigger classes which is a huge plus so they can make sure everyone is doing the stations correctly.     First time going to an F45 studio and it didn't disappoint…read more Coach Kayleigh and Coach Jacob did a great job introducing me to how the classes are set up: * Mondays and Wednesdays are cardio / plyometrics days. * Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays focus on strength building. * Fridays and Saturday are hybrids that focus on full-body workouts. For my first day I tried cardio / plyometrics. It was a fantastic workout. Each station has a designated number and you're placed in groups of 2-3 people with the option of choosing from two different workouts at each section. Kayleigh made sure I was paired with a seasoned F45 member, since it was my first time. Every group is assigned a number and rotate to the next workout section. The coaches assist as needed and there are tv displays that demo how to do each workout, when to begin the sets, pause, and move to the next station. Kayleigh and Jacob did a 5 star job. I appreciate how clean and organize they kept the gym. Their process is great and it worked for me. If they weren't assisting, they were organizing the equipment or cleaning. They stayed engaged with the group - all this at 5:30 AM and there was a lot of us. Thank you for the great experience!! I felt very welcomed, informed, comfortable at the studio, and got a great workout.
