They could cook medium-rare steak which is not so easy to do and many (even upscale) restaurants are failing. It is belonging to Travel Charme group and I am staying in their hotel. So far I am quite convinced about both hotel and the restaurant. If you would like to spend some money on a good steak, this is definitely the place.

All Covid measurements were in place and masks are required until seated. We had a fish soup and beef tartare as starter, both delicious. As main dish we had the confierter Lachs and filet vom Steinkohler, both delicious fish. I can highly recommend this place.
