As you can imagine the opposite would have been preferred. I would never do business with Lenders United/American Financial Network or its affiliates. I will never recommend this lender/company to anyone! No homebuyer should ever have to experience what I went through. The entire process from start to finish was poor and exhausting. Im selling a house and have been in contract now 90 days they want another 35days 125 days in contract is crazy and then the broker the contract out because they couldn't finish it stay away from these guys. Tried calling them and they just had excuse after excuse

I definitely received first class service on this home buying process. The professionalism of frank which was unequal. Always available for any questions from text to calls to email. The next person was Vanessa her job was to get all of my documents ready to be processed by the underwriting department. She was very communicative and professional. I love the app where it was easy to upload my documents. Then I was recommended to Diana Truong insurance company. I like her honesty her helpfulness trying very hard to give me a true quote and at the same time trying her best to help me save. I bought houses before this was was a quick 3 weeks no stress process. The last step was Trisha from prime title. She also was amazing, Great communicator , very prompt at replying to me. (He was knowledgeable of all of them) Saw that he was highly rated, which I now know why. When I first contacted Dean I told them my situation and what I was looking for. The biggest part of my situation was I was on a time crunch and I was looking for the most cost effective route. Dean was defiantly the easiest to work with. At no point was he pushing me to make decisions. He was very honest and straight to the point which I really appreciate. I'm someone that has to understand whats going on and he would answer all of my questions honestly and instantly. One of my biggest things was I wanted to work with someone that was realistic and honest. From the day we moved in, our experience has been disappointing. We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision. ( we are very clean people three of those zevos have been there for 5 days, one I just changed yesterday.)
