I knew exactly what I wanted and was on a mission. The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous and the bridal suites have so much room and a few comfy chairs for guests. Brooke was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. After trying on a few dresses from the sample rack, Brooke was honing in on details about what I liked and didn't like. She ended up finding my dream dress and paired it with the PERFECT veil. Though the dress wasn't from the sample rack, it was still cheaper then some of the sample options!! I'm so glad she allowed me to explore additional options from what we originally came in for. She was amazing in bringing my vision to life and was even pairing things from other gowns to help me envision customization options (I ended up ordering the dress with sparkle tulle on the second layer, just like she showed me!). I can't thank Brooke and TWM for making the whole experience a dream come true and helping me find the perfect dress!!!

It gets worse. We purchased a small amount of additional fabric to add to the bodice and were told this would be done with no additional charge," only to be presented with a significant additional charge when we picked up the dress. And finally, when we had confirmed a time to pick up the dress for tailoring, and left messages during that day to remind them we were coming and at what time, we arrived to a closed store - even though we were safely within their hours of operation. Did they apologize? No. Did they give any sense that they felt bad for leaving us high and dry? Nope. I would encourage anyone thinking about using the store to save time, money, and grief by looking elsewhere.

I ended up falling in love with a Maddie Lane gown--the Jaya dress--and it was everything I had hoped for. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming--truly the perfect place to bring your crew and enjoy such a meaningful moment. Within days of the weekend. To help make the most of my appointment time, my consultant, Kelley, even did a mini-consult over the phone when I scheduled and let me email her the options I had in mind. She knew just the dresses to pull. When my mom, MOH and I arrived, Kelley did a great job of grabbing the dresses I had in mind and helping me (my entourage) stay focused and within budget. Kelley was really patient with me especially when at the end of the appointment, I was indecisive about 2 favorite dresses! Winnie and Kelley were really great and found some availability to return to the shop really quickly when I could bring 1 more person to help me with my decision. When we returned to the shop, I was so excited a) I knew I'd be leaving with a dress and b) Kelley, although she wasn't scheduled for that day, chose to be there and help me out for my special "say yes to the dress moment!" I'm already married and was planning on doing a wedding photoshoot with my husband before undergoing cancer treatment. I didn't have a set date for my photoshoot, just needed it done before my surgery. Well she cancelled my order after trying to pawn off another random dress on me because she couldn't get her distributor to tell her when they would get the dress shipped out. Overall horrible experience, I sent 6 text messages to her total before she called me offensive just because I kept asking her when I'd be getting the dress and to not throw another dress at me for conciliation. She never asked me what I was looking for before suggesting something else and when I told her what I was looking for she was insanely rude, trying to smart mouth me. I work in a white collar professional field and I felt I was writing her in a very professional manner and she simply didn't like how direct I was. After she cancelled on me I ended up buying two beautiful wedding dresses from "brides for a cause" for the same price of her one dress. I am also now cancer free and have my beautiful wedding dresses NOT from Wini. Thanks for kicking me when I was already in a horrible place Wini, so I didn't have to give you my hard earned money.

I had inspo of what I wanted in a dress, I received a text about 5 days before my appointment to confirm and also to send any inspo for dresses that I had. My appointment was on a Saturday afternoon, and the St Pete area is pretty busy on the weekends but surprisingly I had no issues finding parking. We were greeted right away by Lauren, we sat and talked about how my husband and I met and what I was looking for in a dress and my price range. She had already pulled some dresses based on the inspo pictures I sent over, and then I also perused the racks to pick some items I wanted to try on as well. I tried on 4 dresses, but I knew the 2nd dress I tried on was the one the moment I put it on. This was one of the dresses Lauren had already pulled for me. We discussed alteration potential, and she referred me to their alterations place that does great work, I was able to get in that following Tuesday morning for alterations without any issues. Lauren helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted in a wedding dress and within my price range - the effort she put in and how great she was during our appointment just made everything feel so smooth and seamless. She was sitting in the lobby visibly upset and asked multiple times for her dress so she could leave. Instead of honoring that request, the staff made her wait over 20 minutes while they said they were "taking pins out," because they wanted her to wait until the same seamstress who had already significantly over-quoted her finished with another client. There was no urgency, no compassion, and no concern for the fact that she was emotional and clearly distressed. I listened as she sat there, uncomfortable and frustrated, while the staff prioritized convenience over basic customer care. At no point did anyone acknowledge how upsetting the situation was or offer to expedite getting her dress back so she could leave. The attitude was essentially wait until we're ready, regardless of how she felt. This is a bride getting married next month, already under pressure, and instead of being treated with empathy, she was made to sit and wait while her concerns were dismissed. The dress itself may be beautiful, but the way she was treated today was unacceptable. If you're considering this boutique, understand that once there is a problem, you may be met with indifference instead of support. Brides deserve patience, respect, and understanding, especially in moments like this. Based on what I personally heard and witnessed today, I will absolutely be warning others about this boutique. If you are a bride looking for a happy, supportive, and honest experience, this is not the place to go.
