His team was also a pleasure to work with as they really brought their all on an outdoor shoot in extreme summer weather. I am really glad we chose Gio as we got a beautiful curation from him and his team!

Gio and his team demonstrated a high level of skill, care, and artistry. The images have a beautiful balance of natural light and vivid color. Many moments that we barely noticed in real‑time turn out to be incredible photos (hidden smiles, lighting falling just right). Detail shots (rings, dress, decorations) are crisp and thoughtfully composed. The lighting and focus on those small things show real attention to craft. Communication was smooth. They responded to questions beforehand, checked in about the timeline, and made sure they knew which moments were most important to us. In Summary, If you are looking for someone who is artistic, detail‑oriented, and professional, Gio is an excellent choice. The photos are high quality, emotion's captured well, and the service is one you can trust. With good planning and clear communication about what you want and what matters most to you, Gio is likely to deliver memories you'll treasure.

We are so happy with our sons first birthday photos! Due to Covid, we opted out of a big first…read morebirthday celebration and instead chose to do a photoshoot. A friend recommended Studio Berry and we couldn't be happier with the photos! We booked Jade for a dol photoshoot. This included beautiful hanboks for my husband, son and me. The hanboks are gorgeous! I believe sessions are usually 1 hour but Jade was so patient with us and we ended up staying for 1.5 hours! Lastly, it took a little less than 4 weeks to get our photos. Would highly recommend!!

I am updating my review finally! I took my outdoor and indoor wedding photos in September and…read moreOctober. My fiance and I are probably the most difficult couple to take photos since we freeze whenever theres camera rolling. However, the photographers, Jade and Jake were very professional. While Jade is more on the serious side, Jake is hilarious! With both of photographers there, we felt comfortable and we actually had a lot of fun shooting in the middle of manhattan. Then there was an indoor photoshoot at Jade's house. (house is HUGGEEEEE btw) Like I mentioned in previous review, I have 17 years and 16 years old dogs and wanted them to be in my wedding photos. The photos came out so beautiful. Then, my fiance and I came up with an idea that we wanted to celebrate our wedding with my parent's own "reminding" wedding photoshoot session. I wanted to have a marriage just like my parents' and thought this gift would be very special. I always wanted to see my mom in a wedding dress, and finally, I got to see her in a beautiful dress and now we have photos to look back now. People often told me not to spend too much wedding budget in the photos because you never look at the album. But I honestly think its not about the album and pieces of paper but its for the memories. My mom was very happy when she saw a photo of me and her both in wedding dress smiling. She almost cried. You can't put a price on that :)

First of all, I have to mention the photographer (the lady) was very professional and sweet. She was so welcoming that it made me very comfortable to take my photos with her. We actually took a couple and she had me check which ones I liked the most. She was so patient, allowing me to take multiple shots until I was satisfied. She also had an option of enhancing the photo (which I quickly agreed). The volume of my hair was so dead the day of and she actually was able to fix up my hair by making it seem like it had more volume and my jawline slimmer. Now who doesn't want a chiseled jawline? haha it was $15 more but definitely worth it since passport pictures are there for quite a long time so. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try! It's worth the money you pay so :)

I have to disagree with the reviews here. My family had our photos recently taken by Mr. Kim…read more From the beginning to the end, I felt Mr. Kim was professional, timely, and open-minded (he seems like a very jovial man and was fun to work with). He laid out the options to us and educated us on what packages were available, what kind of editing he could do (my mom was concerned about her age :p), at what cost, and also the details for the photo shoot. We also talked about his personal work and that revealed to me a lot about his philosophy and purpose of photography. This made it easier to understand where he was coming from. Throughout the process, we kept in touch even though Mr. Kim had a busy schedule (at the time he was also working on an exhibition/competition). We were grateful that he was willing to work with us even though he had a lot on his plate. After settling on a package, he again told us the details of the photoshoot (wardrobe, concepts, etc.). Mr. Kim mentioned that he would work with me if I had a specific concept in mind and would work with us in putting it together. As such, my advice would be to do your research and find out what you like and how you want the shoot to be done. However, if you do not have an idea, Mr. Kim is very helpful in developing and educating us on his concepts and his philosophy behind photography. This was very refreshing as I had no idea what my family wanted (I have an artistic background but did not have the time to do my research or think up a concept). Nevertheless, I am very happy with how the photoshoot turned out. His ideas reflected that he wanted the family to be comfortable so that he could bring out the true character of the family and each member. He understands that each family member has their own character and that makes each family's character unique. He works very hard to capture that by making each member comfortable and really educating everyone while shooting. My biggest concern were my parents who are not really expressive; however, Mr. Kim brought them out of their shell and captured their character (not to mention everyone seemed to get a bit closer afterwards :) After shooting, we get the photos in a timely fashion (3 weeks). We understood that he was busy with both his work and his personal projects but this was great. The photos turned out wonderfully (my mom was happy about the age-defying look). Not only was the quality of the photos great but the materials used were top notch. He was very happy with the photos and he used one of our photos for his website. I was very happy with Mr. Kim's service and professionalism. My advice would be to be yourself and voice your concerns. This is a two way street and Mr. Kim is very willing to work with you but be open-minded and willing to work with him. With that he will work with you to capture the true character of you and your family.
