I had Treidgen Industries renovate my 400+ sf patio. The patio had a split personality. Half was…read morepainted concrete that was peeling away. The other half was epoxy with a colored flakes combination which could no longer be matched. So, I contacted Ben who offered options to beautify an ugly patio. We decided to go with stripping the painted section and grind out the existing epoxy section and re-epoxy the entire patio. It was a bigger job than I expected. Ben and his crew: Gabe, Julio, and Bryce work tirelessly for several days to complete the job and finished on schedule. We had excellent communication with the crew and the entire work area was cleaned up at the end of each day: windows, doors, screens, yard, etc! My wife and I are delighted with the results. Here are some photos of "before, during, and after" to see what was done. It is so refreshing to work with honest, talented, and hard-working people like those at Treidgen.

I requested service for power washing my driveway for an oil stain. I called Able and Ready and he…read morequoted me $150 after sending him a picture of my single car driveway. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. Before and after picture are posted to this review.

I spoke with Niko when booking and mentioned we have a senior dog with a few accidents. He was upfront that they'd do the best they could, which I appreciated. Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.
