Truck has never looked better (almost better than when I got it new in 2008). What I really noticed the first time I used them was that the parts that are supposed to be black (step pads on side-steps and rear bumper, tonneau cover, etc) WERE black! They also have a change machine and 2 stocked vending machines with items to clean the interior of your vehicle and 1 vending machine with drinks. I went by and dropped off my car for a wash the other day, I got the ultra clean package and left my car. Came back paid $50 and tipped the usual $10, when I got my car back it STANK, like disgusting cheap cleaning spray (sanitary lemon smell), I left my windows down a bit and my sunroof open for a couple of nights after to air it out but the smell persist. I called today to ask what they used to see if I can counter it or see if they can fix it but I was told by a manager "we do not use scented products but you're welcome to come by for another wash" ok?! However, Ive used these for years in the USA. Overall wash quality is what I would expect. It'll never be as good as a hand wash, but its also a lot cheaper and faster. And so far I have not noticed any damage to my car. But their prices are expensive. If you go for a single wash, they charge you extra for the self-serve vacuum and mat cleaner. This should be included free. They are only free, if you buy their monthly plan. If you want to do this, then sure, but you need to wash at least 3x per mo to make it worthwhile. For some reason their website now only lets you subscribe to the monthly top tier plan which is super pricey though. Location is pretty convenient and easy to get to. The place itself is a little cramped. You have to make a really sharp turn right before you get to the wash tunnel, so I imagine some longer vehicles may have trouble. If they throw in free vacuum with each individual wash, then they deserve 4 stars. 5 stars is only if the washes are perfect, and it never will be. As-is, they are a solid 3 star car wash.
