However, my friend had cleaned some of my my leather seats with Lysol during covid and that left a permanent very obvious stain/smear on the black leather...and its been 4 years since then. I could never figure out how to get it out. Tried several things. So that prompted me to get a detailing job and to see what they could do about it. I requested an appointment online via their online form. I picked a service (their signature detailing service with 1 stage paint correction) and then they emailed me a confirmation of appointment time the next day. I brought my car in at the specified time. I took the guy to the car to show him where the stains were I wanted specifically looked at. He gave me an estimated time and warned me this might not be fixable. They texted me when the car was done and I came back to pick it up. Great detailing job. Cant complain really. But most impressive were the Lysol stains. In certain angles you can still barely make it out but its largely gone and no longer noticeable. At the end I paid the fixed price quoted initially, no hidden fees or extra charges. Price wasnt cheap but you know it up front so there are no surprises. They take credit card. Service was great. Their work is great. Pricing is on the higher side but the process was easy and Im happy with the result.

They also have a change machine and 2 stocked vending machines with items to clean the interior of your vehicle and 1 vending machine with drinks. They also have an on site ATM which is very handy when you discover the car to be a lot dirtier then anticipated

I have been here a few times and it has been hit or miss. Sometimes my vehicle is perfect, other times it is disappointing and not worth the cost. Today was a disappointing day. My car was relatively clean but I opted for the second option so the console would be cleaned. Unfortunately, the job seemed rushed and I am not satisfied with the smudges and debris left inside and outside of my car (see attached pictures). I went by and dropped off my car for a wash the other day, I got the ultra clean package and left my car. Came back paid $50 and tipped the usual $10, when I got my car back it STANK, like disgusting cheap cleaning spray (sanitary lemon smell), I left my windows down a bit and my sunroof open for a couple of nights after to air it out but the smell persist. I called today to ask what they used to see if I can counter it or see if they can fix it but I was told by a manager "we do not use scented products but you're welcome to come by for another wash" ok?!
