Washed it out and because it was a demi not a permanet she had to do it again. And then it still wasn't dark enough. Then she told me that my hair would not hold anymore color. What she didnt realize is I also went to cosmetology school. She did not have to do color correction and if she would have used a permanet color she wouldn't of had to do it twice. Then turned around and charged me 195.00 dollars. That's a big jump from 120.00. I will never ever go back. Amy was nice good conversation. But now I have scabs in the back of my head. The woman who did my massage spoke softly asking me what areas I'd like her to focus on and what would be included in my massage. She gave me clear direction and privacy. She was firm, and worked out a knot in my shoulder and did a full body massage. There was calming music playing softly. At the end, they gave me a cup of tea to drink while I changed.
