I've now done business with Mitchell for over twenty years, having purchased ear rings, diamond rings, and wedding bands from him. Not only does he have competitive pricing and a highly skilled team (adjustments in ring sizes are impossible to see), but he's extremely personable as well. One point worthy of note - when my wife and I were in another jewelry store buying watches, the jeweler commented on her ring and asked to look at it. I cannot disagree more with Tiffany. I have never known Mitch to be rude to any customer. I have dealt with him for 12 years and now consider him to be a friend. He has always been courteous and helpful in all my jewelry needs, from designing earrings,to my engagement and wedding rings.. He is extrememly knowlegeable and takes the time to pass on the information about whatever stones you are interested in. He never rushes you . I have sent quite a few friends and relatives to Mitch, and they all have commented on his expertise and friendliness. I have known the owner, Mr. Wells for about 28 years now and I can honestly say that professionally and personally that just does not sound like an encounter with him. Mr. Wells prides himself on being a small business owner who really cares about his clientelle. I would never do any business there again. Mitch the owner lied about everything he "said" he would do. The "sale" / "going out of business" price was way more after I found out what the real deal was and the supposed high quality was Macy's at best. He didn't go out of business just ripped me off. The things I had fixed broke again within a week and I had to go somewhere else to have them repaired properly. He talked to me like I was dirt and was rude whenever I called to ask about my stuff. And I felt like he only cared about taking my money. I never got my money back for the things that "he couldn't take care of...".Anywhere is better. read more
