We browsed for nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (not even a welcome when we walked in), which was a little disappointing. As newer collectors, a simple greeting or a bit of guidance would have really helped, especially in a shop with so many boxes of cards to go through. That said, there are a lot of positives. The store is clean, well organized, and offers an impressive selection across sports, Pokémon, and several other categories. Their prices were very fair (definitely more reasonable than some other shops we've visited) which we really appreciated. While the lack of customer engagement made the visit feel a bit underwhelming, the quality of the shop itself is strong enough that I can see myself returning. I'm hopeful that next time we're greeted a bit more warmly, because this place truly has great potential.

They break on Loupe for now, but would be nice to see them on some other platforms. Around Christmas, I got my sons the Topps Christmas box and it was a huge hit. I recently spent big on a $250+ box of Topps Finest and hit some absolute monsters, Including a /99 Corbin Carroll refractor auto! However, I was a little disappointed that I didn't see any single card boxes to dig through--only sealed blaster and hobby boxes behind the counter. It's possible I missed them, but from what I could tell, singles weren't readily available. The biggest concern for me was the pricing. As a newer collector, I was already a bit nervous about choosing the right boxes, and seeing some items marked significantly higher than retail made me hesitant to buy. For example, the most recent Topps NBA Holiday Box was priced at $60, even though we had just purchased the same box at GameStop for $35 and it's still widely available at that price. Since it doesn't seem to be a rare or hard-to-find product, the markup felt a little excessive. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely great. The employee who helped us took the time to talk with us and seemed truly willing to assist with anything we needed. That part of the experience definitely stood out in a good way. Overall, while I appreciated the variety and the friendly service, the pricing made me hesitant to spend money during this visit. I may do a bit more research and give the shop another try in the future, but based on this first impression, I wasn't fully comfortable making a purchase yet.

My boyfriend and I found this nice little shop when we were in the area and wanted to see what kind of RC Cars this place had. The guy working there Brian was such a great guy to talk to. They talked about the different types of RC cars there was. There are drift cars, monster trucks, buggies, crawlers... the list goes on. We were in there for maybe an hour or so just talking. Brian was such a gem, that 5 years later we go back and have built a wonderful friendship with him, he had become our older brother. Brian is that type of person who will not just sell you an RC car, but he will sell you one that suits you. If you had a car in mind and he does not have it in stock, he is willing to order it and he will make sure he orders you the best one. Brian also fixes RC cars if something is broken or if you have no idea why it isn't working. He will give you a quote before actually fixing it and if the price is good with you, he will start the fixing processes. He is not the type of sell you useless cars, he tries his best to order the best. He does sell more then just RC cars. Just go check him out and see what he has to offer.
