When I followed up with a few simple clarification questions about the package and the details in the contract, she abruptly canceled everything instead of responding. After that, she completely stopped communicating. I later heard from someone else who had a similar experience--her contract was also canceled after asking questions. That kind of pattern is really concerning. It felt incredibly unprofessional and honestly bizarre. Asking questions before committing to an event should be normal, not a reason to be shut down. I would be very cautious booking here if you expect clear communication or flexibility.

The owner was straight forward, kind, listened to me and kept it very real. I explained my vision and she said no let's make your vision even bigger. I wanted a chill patio vibe, an art gallery as people walked in and then I needed the inside to be the main attraction. She ended up turning the patio into this beautiful Sexy, lounge vibe which all my guest loved!! She gave me fog in my art gallery which went amazing with the We Want All The Smoke theme!! The inside was decorated so elegantly, yet masculine for a real man party. I asked for VIP areas and she delivered. I requested BIG numbers and she delivered. She told me what was in terms and kept it honest with me so my surprise party wouldn't look like a man baby shower lol. To say that I am pleased is an under statement. Another aspect I appreciated is that all of the tables did not look identical. She truly gave it an upscale experience. That's what she created. She created an experience.! I live out of state and she scheduled times for us to talk so I could feel confident in her. She did that!! I will be throwing more parties in Miami at this hall and definitely with her!!! Also, plenty of parking! She also, knows a plethora of vendors which is extremely hemlock! Love the owner! Love the venue! Love that we didn't have to go all the way to hialeah to find a venue. Adri is an incredibly detailed process manager and her design sense is unparalleled. But what really sets her apart is her beautiful spirit and passion for creating extraordinary events. Even her amazing husband Gabe (who is a full-time firefighter) showed up on multiple occasions to help! Having someone with expertise surrounding budgets, reliable vendors, and flexible venues is key to being stress-free while planning a wedding. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the "best wedding we've ever been to." I'm not sure if my husband and I will ever be done looking at pictures from our day; it was the best weekend of our lives. Forever grateful for Adriana + team for making it happen.
