You can pay for their parking through the app Park Mobile. Be extremely careful when paying, there is no room whatsoever for mistakes. I accidentally paid $23 for parking and then realized I had chosen the vehicle of my mother's which is on the East Coast. There's no way to edit even a minute later while the session is going on. I contacted the app developer and they said that was the request of Diamond parking and that I had to go through them. After many emails back and forth they're demanding not only the screenshot of my payment and my friends payment (because when I realized my mistake for some reason I was unable to pay again on my phone) but they want a copy of both of our bank statements too. Another words no refunds... I mean who has time to go to that trouble for $20. I'll avoid at all cost putting any money in their pockets ever again. They're robbers IMO . read more

We provided our license plate to the restaurant we ate at, and we still received a ticket. Now we're responsible for uploading our restaurant receipt and submitting a dispute to Diamond Parking. It's a waste of time and the inability for communication between the restaurant and Diamond Parking shouldn't be this time consuming and put on the customer to resolve. read more

We paid $12 to park, which was already expensive in and of itself, but when we came back, we found we got a $65 ticket for not paying even though we did! We had paid for 12 hours (the shortest option) and had returned to our vehicle in less than two hours, so the timing wasn't the issue. read more

Rolled into a Diamond lot in Georgetown to have dinner about 6:05 on a Friday in mid May. It's Georgetown and I didn't want to drive around looking for a street spot and was just gonna pay. Got to the sign and was delighted to see the evening rates (after 6PM) listed at N/A. Returned to my car about 2 hours later to find a ticket on my windshield written at 6:30. Mind you my car was parked within easy sight of the sign indicating there was no charge after 6PM. The next morning I sent them an email with pictures explaining why there was no payment for my parking. Figured that was that I'd get a reply in a week or so indicating the obvious but nope. Called them today and sat on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Once they answered they quickly found my email but still had not looked at it. After the rep made a few weak attempts to debate the ticket he said he would escalate it. He also said if I don't hear back in 10 days I need to call them again. I'm 99% certain I will not hear back and will have to sit on hold again so I can help them fix their mistake or scam... honestly not sure which it is at this point but I do know I watched as two other people looked at the signage phone in hand ready to pay only to walk away after reading it who I'm certain also received citations. Worst bit in all of this is I would have paid $4 for their normal daytime rate and happily so but now I'm fighting what could be a $100 bill that was 100% their fault but now my problem. read more

Absolutely worthless,greedy,power tripping assholes. Changed their system recently where you are forced to register on your phone even for the free two hour parking at retail shops. Forgot to sign in and was ticketed after being parked for 15 minutes so clearly they are keeping tabs so long as it means screwing people over. Figured it was a long shot but I would try to dispute the claim. Called them about two weeks later when I had not heard anything back on my claim and figured even for them this seemed excessivley lazy. I checked online to see I now had to pay a late fee even though I never heard back about the dispute. Man on the phone said there was nothing they could do about the late fee since it was apparently my responsibility to call them and let them know about their inability to get back to me... almost like that was exactly what I was doing. I have had a couple of positive interactions with the staff at Diamond and at Central Parking. Lot attendants get the short stick sometimes and Brad in parking services was great help today on a penalty fee issue I had. I also recently parking in the Seattle waterfront garage on Western and Columbia streets and was treated well and courteously by the staff. Nice team, Papa Joe! read more

This company is not very fair to do business with. My company uses them for work and they'll freely ticket you. Even if you're following the rules. I've not had the most pleasant experience dealing with them. Jerk's and A-holes would describe them nicely. Most of the staff at my place of business have out dated parking passes. As much as 1-2 years old. We keep getting tickets due to the stingy arrogance with new parking passes. We politely harass the parking company for updated passes. By the time we get a new one it's expired again. When we get them it's not enough for the entire staff. I've tried fighting tickets before and I get crap in return! No customer service! No understanding! Could care less if you're elderly, disabled, ethnic or gender! They gave me crap in return! Next time they ticket me I shall sue them! This company doesn't ticket or tow the vehicles that they should. We have had vehicles parked in our lot for months on end. If we want them towed, we have to call the service. They say they'll be there in 1-2 hours. In reality it's more like 1-2 days later. Half the time we need to remind them. I would not recommend this company. The innocent should not be punished because the service refuses to give us enough parking passes. It's not fun coming out late at night to the back alley, to find that your car had been towed. Due to an outdated parking pass. Before they went with their digital system to record license plates; they would chalk all of our car wheels. That stuff is permeate. If ever there was a need for negative stars, Diamond Parking is the reason. Their lots are scam money making pits. At their Bellevue location they have a bunch of spots near Black Bottle and Cost Plus World Market. They have signs listing the stores you're supposed to be going to, but half of them are closed and no longer exist. They also have tiny text saying you're not allowed to park in their spots even when stores are closed. I understand that it's their space and they can set the rules, but even when there is absolutely no-one there (the evening I parked there was 1 other car in the entire space) they will ticket you. In fact they must have small cameras somewhere around their signs and they give you a ticket with that fisheye camera photo of your car. Yeah, I get it, it's your space, and you've posted signage, but c'mon. Half of the stores on your sign no longer exist, but you don't change those. It's simply a scummy way to do business. I will never park in a Diamond Parking lot no matter what. And I will avoid all businesses that use Diamond Parking as much as I possibly can. I took my own picture of the sign, and I am going to contact every business that's still open on that sign and let them know they are working with the biggest scam parking company. read more

Worst ever! Beware of parking in business lots (even if you've had parked there in the past) after their business hours. Diamond might have taken over nighttime management and posted an easy to miss sign on an unlit post. This restaurant goer received a $40 ticket. Terrible place to park. Over the last couple years the lot has routinely gone under construction, closing part of all of the parking for weeks on end. Diamond also oversells the lot so people who park there monthly frequently have nowhere to park (local businesses like to leave their trucks there for weeks on end). They've raised their price over the last two years where they are no longer competitive for the poor quality product they offer. Oh, and one of their new parking attendants is hyper-aggressive with doling out tickets. I received one the other day despite having an up-to-date parking pass displayed in my car. Here's the good news. If you have to dial in and talk to anyone on staff (such as to resolve an incorrect ticket) you'll probably get a really friendly, helpful person. That's wonderful and hooray for those employees but it's not enough to keep me parking here anymore. There's no shortage of alternatives in Bellevue. Avoid this place. read more
