The room is small and loud because it's in a bigger building with mainly offices, therefore, you hear phones ringing, people walking up and down the hallways talking pretty loudly. The girl is very unprofessional, reschedules appointments or cancels on you the day before and isn't understandable if you need to reschedule. Bought the package of two and ended up losing the second one because of her rescheduling. Didn't try to reschedule for me after doing it to me 3 different times on just the first appointment!
