I was given a window of when they would arrive and they were right on time. Once the technician completed their work, they let me know I can check if it's good to go prior to leaving, which I really appreciated! Just want to note that their service is a minimum of 2 hours. Payment was made online and you can tip through their portal as well. It was also my first time hiring cleaners and they exceeded my expectations. I've been cleaning my bathroom on my own prior to hiring them and it's definitely way better than I've ever cleaned it! Highly recommend and will be requesting their service again in the near future!

A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

When I needed her to go above and beyond and clean my disaster of a kitchen, she made it seem like the easiest task and no concern of mine. I really appreciate the thoroughness with which she cleans generally, too. Never have I ever spotted places that could use extra cleaning after she leans. Truly grateful for her cleans! The people working behind the scenes are always proactive with getting my cleanings set up, giving me alerts, and doing the other administrative parts of the business without disruption. It seems small but that's huge. Great team, great cleans- hire them if you want stress-free cleans. They live up to their name.
