These guys are nice fellas. However…read more.. Installed a budget outdoor unit, which fails to heat the house (and only half the house at that, downstairs). The previous unit was a much nicer one that needed parts but they took that and replaced with a budget that is too weak to heat the downstairs of the house. Refuse to do anything else claiming our vents are the issue - when prior to our old unit having malfunction, heated the house just fine. And the aux heat also works just fine. They came out and "charged the new unit because they must not have from factory" and it actually worked for a few days and heated the house somewhat decent. But after about a week it's back to weak air blowing and barely warm temps. Yet even with this knowledge they refuse to help any further insisting it's the vents - the vents that worked just fine all winter before the ice storm broke our outdoor unit, and the one that works fine now if in aux heat mode that uses our gas, and also worked fine right after they charged this new unit they installed. Disappointing. Guess they can't fix their budget install and don't want to take responsibility for it.

Extending my highest assurance of endorsement. I've moved…read moreso many over my military career that I've developed a great eye for talent. The day I met John the trust I felt was instant. I liked that he asked me what I needed, took a walk with me, and gave a pragmatic assessment. I literally had a ton of weight lifting equipment, two home offices, four bedrooms, shop equipment, two living rooms, sports equipment, and the usual accumulation of things families stuff into their homes after years of being in one place. Guess what. Brandon, Reece, Edwin and Chris accomplished this cumbersome move in the heat in less than 6 hours. Not a mark on the walls. Not a ding in box. Error free work knocked out with great attitudes and a great deal of sweat. These guys moved faster than UPS delivery during Christmas. We had a five hundred pound antique chopping block that Wifey wanted to move to a couple different places before she was content. They did it without delay. Just wonderful. John dropped in to confirm excellence and was not surprised to see that these four were way ahead of schedule. A fair price and money well spent for the peace of mind I sensed from the get go. Well done Lads. Well done!!

I cannot give this place a good enough review. They were quick to answer Quick to get me set up…read moreeasy to deal with had the best prices in Warren or Barren County, to be fair I didn't check Allen county a family friend suggested I give this company a call and I did. in a time where our economy is having a nuclear meltdown and it's hard to spend what little extra you do have after gas groceries kids and bills because you don't know what's coming tomorrow, they've taken that into consideration and I was shocked by the prices. I appreciate that and in this time we're living in. I had I rented it for a week ended up needing it for three more and the price they charged per additional week probably doesn't cover the gas in the truck that it comes to get it and that they'll always have my business. I suggest you go check them out before you give someone yours. THANK YOU NOLIN LAKE!
