Much of our planning was done through emailing our preferred song list and sorting out logistics with our DJ, Mikey O'Connor. Overall, it was mostly easy to coordinate with Andreya, though she may sometimes need reminding to respond to your emails. Though DJ Mikey didn't help us plan much before the wedding, we made sure to email him a detailed script of what we wanted him to say, and he did his job well the day of. When we changed our ceremony location from outdoor to indoor 2 days before the wedding, he was also super accommodating with the last minute change. He responded to my detailed email with a list of the DJs responses to my concerns. I replied to him that my concerns were not addressed in detail and attempted to call him multiple times. I never received an answer via phone or call back. His response was via email and stated that the matter was being handled in house. The fee was paid by the parent of the groom as a wedding gift to my husband and I, the parent had no knowledge of the ceremony/reception order as the access for the online planning tools was not provided to that parent and they had no knowledge of the ceremony order for toast, Bride/Dance etc. Also please note, that I never contacted this company for a refund of paid funds. I as the bride did not pay these funds. The payment of the DJ was a gift given by the grooms father (deposit & final payment). I am deeply greatly for the gift and discouraged by the service received and lack of resolution or apology from the company. I contacted the company to get clarification on why the order for my reception was not followed as it was very important to me to dance with my father following the first dance. I was never provided an explanation. This post has taken time out of my day and I refuse to let this company spoil the memory of my wedding and love and support of so many people on that day. Below is my detailed list of concerns. I never received clarification. 1) I completed and submitted the accessible and paid for access and service of online event planning forms. I also time/date stamped the completion of this form which I retained 18 days and 13 week days prior to the date of the scheduled event. The website suggested that as to avoid any room for error to complete these forms within seven days prior to the scheduled event. As such, I did so with 11 days excess to allow for the paid party to review their job details. I can not excuse her inability to do as such. As you will see which was apparently not reviewed or followed previously, I requested the "Father Daughter Dance" to proceed before the "Mother Song Dance" and directly follow the "First Dance". These instructions were not completed. The DJ failed to announce/play the "Father Daughter Dance" until after dinner and at a time completely at her own choosing. When asked by the groom, Chase Bourque why this was done in an incorrect manner she explained that she did not have access to the timely completed online access event planning forms. Please believe that I have allowance to complete my own employment tasks and not the tasks of others and as such it is not my responsibility to ensure that she has reviewed her job duties. 2) The DJ failed to timely announce the toast as detailed on the completed and submitted online planning forms, before dinner or at any relative point after. Individual, Courtney Weeks who also used your service stated to me that the DJ "acted completely different at my wedding" and that when the DJ eventually did choose to announce the toast "all groomsmen were absent of the facility in order to decorate the vehicle for departure".

Even though we told him the reception ended at 11:00, he insisted that we never discussed this and that we would owe him for an extra 30 minutes. He asked one of my bridesmaids to pay for the additional time. When we first met with him he was trying to beat the price of another DJ and insisted that if we needed more uplighting he would provide it free of charge. When we asked about it later he wanted to charge us for it, and also asked my bridesmaid to pay for the 3 additional uplights. She told him that considering he didn't play from my list and had a "booty contest" at my wedding that maybe he should let it go and so he went and got my fiancé and had him pay him for the extra fees. I really liked him when we met; however he was extremely misleading, and seemed to only say what we wanted to hear to get our business and then did things how he wanted to do them on the day of. Very disappointing experience. Definitely would not recommend. After posting a fair and honest review, my husband was harassed by Rob as we were trying to prepare for our honeymoon. When we returned I had received a nasty email from Rob taking absolutely no responsibility for any of the aspects of his service that we were unhappy with.
