I will not rate this business, We sent our Truck to have the Transmission completely rebuilt in…read moreApril. Five days after getting rebuilt, or so we thought. The truck dies on the freeway doing 65 mph. I had no steering only brakes. After towing to our home my husband found that one of the sensors had not been replaced and it was bad on top of the fact that the computer wires were stuck between the transmission and the engine. Pete then took the truck back a second time to once again fix the truck and guess what came back still shifting when tacking off from 2nd gear, we still have no first gear. Pete explained to us and I quote, " I have no idea why it is doing this" just the thing you want to hear after paying someone to rebuild your transmission. Pete then took it a third time and guess what still nothing. He is not answering our calls so we are having no choice but to seek legal source to get the truck fixed and safe to drive. Since all this has happened to us we have found more then one person who this has happened to so we are joining forces to stop this from happening to anyone else. If you ever need your transmission fixed this is one place you do not want to go. When he said to us and I quote again, " I will make you a screaming deal and rebuild your transmission" We I a still screaming and have a very unsafe truck to drive.

I am new in town, and asked a couple of friends for recommendations for a good car mechanic…read more Someone mentioned Tareef and his crew, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The check engine light had come on, so I went in on a Friday morning to the shop. I was greeted by Hayden who came out and tested the car. In 10 minutes he knew what was going on, told me it wasn't super urgent, and advised me to bring the car sometime where I could leave it overnight for them to test out a few things. Took the car to the shop the following Friday and left it overnight. The AC/PS belts were giving some noise, so I asked him to fix the tension or replace them altogether. The following morning Hayden calls me saying they fixed the check engine light by heating up the CAT, but didn't replace any of the oxygen sensors since both seemed to work fine. They also replaced the belts since one of them was broken. They only charged me for the belts replacement, and told me to bring the car back if the check engine light comes on again. So far it's been a week of driving, and it hasn't come back on again ... so staying hopeful :-) Oh, forgot to mention that I was told on the phone that the brakes needed replacing of pads and rotors. I asked them to do it later, since I knew it would cost me a bit. Upon picking up the car I noticed the rear brake was still adjusted, although they never charged me for it. Overall the pricing was fair, communication was clear, and these guys know what they're doing. They only charged me for things they did, although they thoroughly went through the car to ensure my ride was safe. Thanks a lot Tareef & Hayden!
