Chris held his quote from 8 months ago which I appreciated. He gave me a entry level package deal which seemed reasonable. I was amazed with what he did with a black trim bringing it back to almost new and did a good job with the headlights clearing them up. My only gripe is I wish he was more thorough with restoring the black trim. There are a lot of spotty misses and not complete areas. I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I wish I had gone over things more thoroughly with him on what to expect. Photo 1 of 4 Photo 2 of 4 Photo 3 of 4 Photo 4 of 4

I came to Minty to tint our brand new car, our baby…read more While the tint application itself is pretty spot on, the clean up process after was pretty problematic. I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability.

I have two large dogs that not only get hair all over my car but drool they are both mastiffs. Summit was punctual, 5 minutes early went over what I was purchasing and the package I purchased far surpassed my expectations. He clearly changed the name , Hmmm So I contacted this company's owner Jared Yali , because his website said he was a certified Ceramic Pro installer. I retired from Ceramic Pro 6 years ago. I was one of their first installers and was also a rep for The East Bay area in the San Francisco Bay area. I know the standards of what it takes to truly become a certied ceramic pro installer. Which include correction of surfaces to be coated ( he never cleaned my rear glass ) and it has hard water spots under the Ceramic Pro Kavaca tint. When I picked up my car , the tint looked great from the outside and being late in the day I drove on back to Florence to my retirement home. Then the next morning drove out to Bend for a long time friends wedding. As I drove I started noticing bloctches on that back window and started to wonder if he had installed the tint wrong ! I drove home yesterday from bend and it's clear that he didn't clean the rear window at all before applying the tint ! Also When I originally called him about Ceramic Pro Kavaca tint , he said he was certified in applying it . I asked about what percentages he had available ( knowing that 35% was the max legal tint in Oregon for passenger cars ... My Tesla model 3 ) but he said he puts 5% on cars all the time. When I showed up at the appointment , he said what tint did I want , I said I want to what's legal and he said you can do what ever you want and you won't get pulled over but I need you to sign a waiver for him installing the illegal tint ! I did sign the waiver, but then almost immediately decided I wanted the 35% tint to stay legal. He kept my waver but installed 35%. I hope you realize that by him knowing that any tint on a sedan darker than 35% is illegal and the reason he has a " Waiver" he clearly unknowingly. Implicates him self and his company in Illegal practices, so each person he's tinted illegal tint on, he's an accomplice to the illegal tint application ! He will be forever associated with doing illegal business practices ! I ended up at getting the 35% tint and got it on all windows except nothing on the windshield the bill came to $660 and I gave him a $40 tip as it looked great on the outside and rounded it to $700. While at his shop he said he'd email me my receipt . The receipt came in his text as $595 yet my bank shows the $700 from my card. Seems like not only does this individual do shoddy work he practices illegal business practices with his Illegal tint, and He's splitting his customers payments to avoid I assume higher taxes ! Yesterday before We left our hotel in Bend to come home from our friends wedding, I texted him a request that he fix the poor job on the rear glass. So his reply came several hours later stating that my Tesla was really dirty and He couldn't get my windows clean . Remember his shop is a detail shop , ( who takes a clean car to have anything detailed on it ) Unbelievable ! He also blocked my number so I couldn't reply back to his very unprofessional reply refusing to fix his shoddy work ! So moral of the story is to RUN from this terrible excuse of a "detailer" ! I will be notifying the powers that be in regard to Ceramic Pro, and the tax board! I highly don't recommend his crap service to anyone , Ever !

After an on-site appraisal, Tiffany said it would be a 5 hour job with a crew of 4 and it would cost between $500-600. I felt her price was extremely fair so we hired her and her crew for a full move-out clean including shampooing the carpets. She arrived on-time and did a perfectly adequate job with what WAS cleaned. Her crew missed the top of the fridge, the chandeliers, the recessed lights, the bathroom cabinets, bathroom window sill, left a pile of garbage in the garage and failed to shampoo the carpets. We did a walk through together and she invoiced me for $840. I commented that it was higher than her bid and she said she had to hire additional crew. I was fine with that because I was more concerned with the place being clean and ready for my tenant who was planning to move in that evening. I paid Tiffany $840 cash and she said she would return that evening to finish the tasks that weren't done, including shampoo the carpets. My tenant graciously waited from 6:30 pm to 8:50pm that evening and needless to say, Tiffany had some sort of personal issue, some unprofessional communication occurred and she did not return that night to finish the job. My tenant was moving in so I made arrangements to have someone else complete the job. I asked Tiffany to refund me the cost of the carpet cleaning and she did. If you hire Tiffany at Just A Little Cleaner, LLC because the cleaning she does is fine, be sure to get your bid in writing and I just wouldn't pay her until the job is completely finished.
