So every year, I go on-line looking for a nice wool or Alpaca wrap and this year I happened to find it early. Now, I walk into this store and BAM! Here are some of the most beautiful sweaters in varied styles, (asymmetrical, fly away, poncho) and colors. Now I am always drawn to black but they had this bright magenta option that comes with a patterned cowl neck and it was stunning! It also came in a variety of other colors just in case you like more neutral options. Although I love this sweater, I have to think more strategically because I don't like having to pull things over my head and I like to have an idea of how I will wear and style a purchase before buying. I am really needing to purchase more solids this year because they are just more functional in my wardrobe. Although they some interesting wraps that were very colorful and in cotton. Some people might love these but I prefer the softness and the coziness of alpaca. They did not forget the men but also had sweaters for them as well. If silver jewelry is your thing, RUN! because they had some great pieces here. So, here's a little secret that I don't often share- back in the day I was somewhat of a shop-a-holic and gold and silver were my drugs. I've been "clean" for about six months because I don't feel like I have to purchase jewelry every time I attend a festival or travel. However, I wanted a particular ring to match a slide and earring set I own and it is something that I have been looking for for a few years now. They had a ring that would compliment my set but it was adjustable and sat at an angle. I have rings of this size that sit perfectly in the north/south position and this is what I want. Now that I know that they carry the specific stone, I will wear my slide next time to see if they may have received some non-adjustable options. I wish I had thought about that before my trip. It is so interesting that I entered this store without my bag. My husband was sitting outside enjoying yogurt and simply offered to hold it for me. It didn't occur to me that I didn't have my wallet. Hhhmmm! That might be a good thing! Here's a quick review: The quality of the outerwear for men and women is unmatched and therefore perfect for treating yourself or a loved one. They also have scarves, bags and other accessories. Men and women can come in and purchase quality silver pieces and if you know that your special girl loves bracelets purchase a couple so that she can layer them. For some reason, I like really heavy pieces but if you layer you can get that weighted effect. The male ( owner?) was very nice and I enjoyed talking with him as he was very knowledgeable about the products, (origin, construction, etc). The ladies were also nice but my primary contact just happened to be with Sir. They actually open at 10 am on Saturday, so you can actually stop here first and try on a garment before you get hot and sweaty. I'm sure they would appreciate the consideration!
