Everything I had read about other dentists were doing, and even more. Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.

I immediately contacted my previous dentist - they were shocked and referred me elsewhere. Well, I just left another dentist and they said had I gone in for all of those cleanings, I would have had damage to my gums because I don't need it. Some dentists suggest work when you don't need it to make money - beware!

I did NOT encounter anyone rude or anyone with a full sleeve tattoo. Lol maybe they let that person go. Idk. Front desk was nice, and after I filled out the paperwork I was able to go through the door to the back. I was seen by the dental hygienist for my X-rays and teeth cleaning. He was nice and had great chair side manners. Easy kind voice. After my regular X-rays, he took me to get a pano X-ray which I've never done. Pretty interesting device that spins around. Then the doctor shows up after evaluating all X-rays and does a review and tells you what's up. Thankfully I did not have any cavities this time! However I do need implants and they have a specialist that comes in the office monthly for consultation etc. The front desk person gave me my ins breakdown and cost for all of which was helpful to have. This is an easy spot to locate since it's on the main road and by the bakery! Get a cleaning and then head to calandrai's for sweets because why not! All and all I think this place is nice and clean and definitely worth the visit.

Everyone working there is very professional and friendly. Cancellations and rescheduling have never been a problem. They are sympathetic to working professionals that have changing schedules. There is very limited parking in the rear of the facility. I believe only 3 or spots. Street parking is not that great either so you may end up having to park pretty far. My only significant gripe is that the Orthodontist is only available on Mondays.
