I went in with a bunch of custom-made gold jewelry, rings and necklaces....from the late 80s, diamonds, sapphires, what looks to be topaz, all of it made custom he even told me that's old nugget style rings, like that means it's not worth as much. I literally said "that means it's worth more right?" He said no that's not how it works. He basically offered me melt price for all of this didn't even look twice at it. I thought it was going to let me put a picture in here that I have. I'm looking at the pile of it and really magnificent looking rings in here and this is a purple topaz with a 15 little half carat diamonds mounted around it a gold necklace and that topaz big as your little finger. He didn't look twice at it. twice at the nugget ring or the rectangle cut blue topaz nugget other nugget ring had four diamonds going corner on about a half in.² square face and then nuggets all around for the band. Three or four little wrist, various I'm OK with that being but the jewelry? This was supposed to be the best place to get the best price. If you are looking for an amazing value, this is the place. I don't mean cheap, since for me, value = high QUALITY and great SERVICE for each dollar spent. Because this was my first diamond, I did a lot of searching online, but it really, really helps to sit down with them and let you just SEE the differences in color and clarity right in front of you instead of reading charts or watching videos. He taught me to use the loupe, and he was very patient - I think I probably looked at each one at least twice and looked at the one I chose 10 times - never once did he rush. And when you are buying a diamond, you are buying a unique and beautiful creation of this planet, so it really helps when they give you the time and leeway to really discover diamonds and all there is to love about the one you choose. And it just makes me smile that my clients do not need to go into stupid debt for an overpriced ring, but it is still just as beautiful as the love they share. I had an amazing experience selling some gold and jewelry here and I highly recommend everyone come here for there Gold and Jewelry sales! I have been wanting to sell some old gold and jewelry that's been sitting around that i havent used for a while and dont wear anymore so i decided to shop around and just sell them since i didnt have much use for them. I shopped around a bunch of these diamond and gold places to check pricing and these guys offered me the highest price. Not only were they offering the best deal around out of all the places i went to, Dayan went into great detail and length on explaining the true worth of what i had. Called ahead to understand how they price items for purchase as I didn't want to bring everything and wait only to be offered less than gold melt value. I had over $10k of vintage gold pieces with diamonds in some (this isn't even retail value nor appraised value which is much higher and we all know not to expect that back in resell world). However I would expect my 13 pieces to come in around $5-6K. Nope. I was offered $1,500 TOTAL for 13 pieces of jewelry. Melt value alone was over $2,500 not to mention over 3-4 carats worth of eye clean white diamonds graded SI1 G-H color and a natural Boulder opal. That's insane!! Do not come here. I never write a review but to be offered basically $100/item is a flat out joke. I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't waste my time or their time and here we are an hour later with a waste. These people take advantage of those who aren't familiar with the jewelry industry.
