We were delighted with the family like atmosphere at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which was included with the price of the room, was delicious, with eggs made to order if we chose. There was also cereal and meats and cheeses, along with fruit and yogurt. The service was impeccable from the hotel owner, because of the inconvenience of having us put up in another hotel we go free beer and drink at his Hotel, and with Bitburger on tap, that is a a good night. Many Americans who start working here stay there until they their own housing. It serves typical German food. It often is busy with many military folks eating here. Some of the dishes are superb, others could be improved. I have eaten lunch here several times and have always enjoyed it. At times to service may be a little slow especially when there are many guests. If I were to continue working here, I'm sure I would become a "Stammgast".
