The fragrances are made directly in the little lab which is in the same building as the boutique. I was fascinated by the design inside since it combines a little art gallery with the stands of perfume. Everybody is very friendly and helpful so even if you are not quite sure what to buy - you will always get a personal advice. A Berlin's must see!

It's huge and an absolute treat shopping here and I haven't even discussed the two food floors on 6 & 7. Wow. When I asked if the keeper spoke English I was told flat out no and struggled with my basic German. A male client entered and asked whether the keeper spoke English and the answer was "yes, some." Whenever I asked about fragrances and prices the keeper seemed bored and slightly annoyed. A shame. Would mot buy anything here due to the rather rude service. Seriously, I have been to a lot of niche perfumeries around Europe and staff are always lovely and helpful and they speak English. Not here.

Date of visit: May 31, 2024…read more This visit was a gift for a friend that has long desired to create her own custom scent and she really was like a kid in a candy store during this experience. While not cheap, she loved every minute of her time in the shop; she came in with some expectations for her custom creation and every one of those requirements were met! Do not get me wrong, this is a premium experience with a premium cost, but everything here is done well. Staff are multilingual (as is the website) and you can tell that you are in good hands from the moment you walk in. Not even a week after the experience our friend is talking about ordering more of her custom scent!

Went back to the store to exchange it (not return), but she insisted that I opened it (when I did not even receive it sealed myself but I didn't mind because I thought the shop is reputable) and certainly I didn't use it. Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation.
