Called them up first to get a quote over the phone on replacing on my Samsung Note 4. I was told $190 ($50 less than 3 different shops had quoted me). Walked into the shop an hour later, they said it was going to take about an hour to fix the phone. I dropped my phone and a number they can reach me on when the phone was ready since I did not live close by. An hour later, instead of driving to get my phone, I called them and they said it should be ready in another 30 minutes as they haven't finished working on it, No big deal, I can wait another 30 minutes but please call me when it's ready. 30 minutes later, no call. Nevertheless, I drove to get my phone and it was ready when I got there. The phone looked like new and I was happy with the results. Great service and would have been 5 stars if they followed through on their promise to call when my phone was ready. read more

Quick service. Did the job (cracked iPad screen). Nicer than they had to be. Reasonable price -- 1/3 of what Apple would have charged as my warranty was up. I trusted them and would go back. Update: 8/4, Sadly, I do question the quality of the screen. It was peeling up from one corner after I picked it up, but I decided it was OK to use. I dropped my Samsung gs3 and broke the screen. I found these guys on yelp and sent them some questions through their website. Sean responded quickly and was able to answer all my questions. The next day I brought my phone in and Peter helped me in the store. He was very nice and explained the price and how long it would take. Absolute lifesavers. My iPhone suffered from what appeared to be catastrophic water damage, and, to make matters worse, all of my backup data was corrupted. But thankfully Sean and his team were able to retrieve ALL of the data from the motherboard of my damaged iPhone so that I was able to restore everything onto a new iPhone.
