I signed a form for all my medical records to be forwarded. I also explained about my compounded prescriptions to add to my file. On February 13 I had my doctor's appointment. I had expected everything to be in my file by then. Alas, nothing had been added to my file. At that time, I repeated my prescriptions to Dr. Dial, who it seems did not add it to my file, either. Today, March 6, I called the office and requested that my compounded prescriptions be refilled. The first staff member mentioned some powder???? prescription (I have no idea what she was talking about). I was transferred to the medical assistant, who called it in. She did not call in accurate prescriptions. I had to drive to the compounding pharmacy, Medical Arts Pharmacy, and bring my vials of my estrogen cream and the pharmacist wrote down the prescriptions, which I then hand-delivered to the doctor's office. Whenever I would call the office, the staff would over-talk me and not listen to what I was saying, so they would make further mistakes. It's a good thing that I am healthy and I am mostly concerned about my estrogen, and getting blood tests, so that I can make any adjustments needed, myself. I do not trust them with anything else.

Today's referral, the office gave me an address in San Diego, then in Ventura and I found it in Oxnard but I wouldn't tell her her job! We work together to get the best out of my treatment options and she always takes the time to listen to me. Once I had to wait so long to see her (for a scheduled appointment late in the afternoon) that I simply had to leave as I had another appointment I could not miss. I was told I should make appointments for earlier in the day, which isn't always an option for me. Other than sometimes having to wait quite a while for my appointment, I have nothing negative to say. The positives far outweigh the drawbacks and I'm also very grateful she was able to see me when I walked in earlier this week feeling ill. Since Ojai doesn't have a dedicated "urgent care" clinic Dr. Petroff tries to have availability each day for urgent care type issues. This is fantastic.

I also witnessed Edie Resto change the lock on the laundry room door where she has lived in Meiners Oaks, for approximately 5 years, with the blind disabled elder, who paid most of Edie's rent up until August of 2025. The elder was not notified by Edie, and did not give consent to Edie to change the lock. The elder was highly opposed to Edie Resto's actions. The elder had a LEGAL right to the laundry room and needed access for herself or for the people who were assisting her, for the elders personal use and for her health related issues. Edie Resto denied her 83 year old blind and disabled former patient/housemate, access to the laundry room from August 20, 2025 to August 28, 2025. On August 29, 2025, Edie Resto took the liberty to put her hands on my body and push me, as she was claiming authority to the room that the elder was paid up for until August 31, 2025. In my opinion and in the opinion of others, I witnessed Edie Resto conduct herself in an unethical and immoral manner towards the elder, myself, and others.
