At my wellness exam in July it was very clear that they never followed up and got the medical records. Dr. Dial repeatedly asked me the same questions which was really exhausting. At the two month mark when I asked why they had not followed up on my medical records, the staff member said well you may not be back. I guess they are accustomed to patients leaving that practice. One form that I filled out before the July exam, I asked the staff, will you be showing this to the doctor now? They said yes, but apparently either they never gave it to the doctor or the doctor never looked at it. Because she never addressed my answers. They refuse to use an email system or a portal to be able to send messages. You can't fill out forms online. You have to hand write them onto several pages. And communicating by phone, with the staff goes nowhere. It took them four months to get my compounded hormone prescription, correct. I have now changed doctors.
