Ich gab der dort angestellten meine Krankenkassenkarte und sagte das ich einen Termin habe , sie fragte nach dem Überweisungsschein - ich sagte ihr das ich den vergessen habe. Daraufhin sagte sie dann kann ich nicht behandelt werden. Dann geben sie mir die Karte wieder, sagte ich. Sie gab mir die Karte nicht sondern verlangte von mir das ich "Bitte" sage. Ich forderte sie auf mir mein Eigentum herauszugeben ,was sie dann auch tat Es lag keinerlei Interesse vor eine Lösung zu finden , das Personal wird zunehmend Arrogant und behandelt Kranke wie Bittsteller . Hätte ich nicht solche Achmerzen gehabt hätte ich den Arzt selber gesprochen wie unverschämt sein Personal ist. Einen Überweisungsschein kann man nachreichen , aber wehrlose drangsalieren und willkür walten zu lassen anstatt verständnis für erkrankte zu haben

Beware: Try to use their 3rd party booking system online and be prepared for a disappointment - it doesn't not work as expected (got my appointment automatically erased and showed up for nothing twice). Reception unfortunately is not helpful at all - (rather bitchy) feels like an East-Berlin service experience from 1987 (dispite the internet). Will choose an alternative from now on. Really glad I came back here as last time it was at the hospital and was not a pleasant experience. The radiologist remembered me. Had done her homework asked some questions to make sure everything is good. Checked the files before hand and gave me enough time to remain calm. I'm not good at this stuff. Boob clamps are not my thing, even if you replaced the lovely lady with a strapping sample of eye candy it still wouldn't be my thing but totally necessary. Just waiting to see doctor and have a ultrasound and the my results of the mammogram. Fingers crossed no new baddies invading my body. But my brain is also now programmed that I will return here for my next check up as it takes the fear, which I do have, out of the whole examination process.
