I want to share with you my unpleasant and unprofessional experience at the clinic…read more On the 11.4 I had an appointment (that I made one week before) at the clinic, after finding a lump in my right breast I went to see my gynecologist who confirmed it. She referred me to continue checking the lump with the following test : 1. Biopsy 2. Mammography My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but after 40 minutes which I'm waiting alone and with no explanation why, I was told that the clinic will not accept the referral of my doctor. I tried to understand, why they are not ready to do my test, even though I have all needed referrals and documentation. Needless to say that mammography is a diagnostic tool and even if I didn't have anything in my breast, it is my prerogative as a 37 years old to do so!!! Moreover this test was recommended by my doctor after the discovery of a worrying lump. Only after I showed them my referral for additional test/biopsy at Berlin Hospital for the same week, did they finally agree to let me in. This was a terrible and unpleasant experience that I'm not wishing any woman should have. Especially when it's come to our female parts and health!!! I recommend to stay away.

Photo Huber Tempelhof…read more Lack of transparency - Not customer focused - really bad work (seems they have no idea to take picture or the CEO is way too strength with his staff..) - the high price doesn't match with the soooo bad work and customer focus - not able to recognize their bad work (old school) I needed some Photos for my driving license and decided to go there. (I thought hey they are professional and it is worth to pay more than the double Preis for this kind of service) So I went there the young girl took the picture without taking care of any details. She let me choose between 3 ugly photos without telling me she could retake a shoot if I don't like it** (I get the info when I called them the day after asking them to retake the picture) So I felt forced to choose. I did, paid the 16€ and went to my next appointment. As I arrived home I realized that the picture is blur and has too many shadows. ( from someone who is expected to be a professional, I was disappointed) I sent an email and called them and the answer was: - we show the picture before you should have told that the picture wasn't good enough. Ok I didn't know So now, they are too strengths with their policies. My question to the store: Do you have that strength with the people working there? Do you know what Customer focus mean? Do you know that everyone make mistakes if you're not able to rectify your own mistake just blowing your responsibility of a bad work to the customer. How do you treat your own staff ? So the staff has no customer empathy or are able to repair their own mistake ? I would not recommend a place like this. At the end of the story the won't do anything to repair their mistake. The picture is blur and is very bad !! They just keep the money. I'm sure this 16€ doesn't make any change for you but are you willing to degrade your image for 16€? Have a nice day

I needed a picture for my passport, so I went around this area to check out the shop…read more Huber wasn't the first one I've been. But the first shop was so unprofessional so I decided that to keep looking. And that got me to this shop. My first impression of this shop already better than the other one. And don't the stuff was super nice. I just walk in and show him the description of standard of the picture I need. He did that the way like that without argument with me. I am glad that this place know there are different standards for different countries. After the photo shooting. He even double check with me. I worte this review after my application done. The photo worked fine. Nothing wrong with it. Although the price of passport photo was a bit expensive for my standard, I think it is good to get everything correct at one.
