Lack of transparency
- Not customer focused
- really bad work (seems they have no idea to take picture or the CEO is way too strength with his staff..)
- the high price doesn't match with the soooo bad work and customer focus
- not able to recognize their bad work (old school)
I needed some Photos for my driving license and decided to go there. (I thought hey they are professional and it is worth to pay more than the double Preis for this kind of service) So I went there the young girl took the picture without taking care of any details. She let me choose between 3 ugly photos without telling me she could retake a shoot if I don't like it** (I get the info when I called them the day after asking them to retake the picture) So I felt forced to choose. I did, paid the 16€ and went to my next appointment. As I arrived home I realized that the picture is blur and has too many shadows. ( from someone who is expected to be a professional, I was disappointed) I sent an email and called them and the answer was: - we show the picture before you should have told that the picture wasn't good enough. Ok I didn't know So now, they are too strengths with their policies.
My question to the store: Do you have that strength with the people working there? Do you know what Customer focus mean?
Do you know that everyone make mistakes if you're not able to rectify your own mistake just blowing your responsibility of a bad work to the customer.
How do you treat your own staff ? So the staff has no customer empathy or are able to repair their own mistake ?
I would not recommend a place like this. At the end of the story the won't do anything to repair their mistake.
The picture is blur and is very bad !! They just keep the money. I'm sure this 16€ doesn't make any change for you but are you willing to degrade your image for 16€? Have a nice day read more
