Understandably, I was nervous and the prep you need to do before it quite uncomfortable and long, however it's absolutely necessary for the procedure. When I got there, I checked in and was able to do so quickly and efficiently. Plus, I wasn't even waiting all that long to be seen. After getting undressed and hooked up to the IV, they started fluids and vitals, and before I knew it I was being wheeled into the operating room. They gave me anesthesia and the next thing I remember was waking up, where they immediately came to check on me and give me some water. The discharge was fairly easily, and I felt completely comfortable and safe with them. Would recommend!

Finally I was seen by a NP, Veronica, who was so extremely rude to me I ended up leaving in tears. I was sent to this office by Emerson ER doctor after being admitted for gastro problems. Veronica asked me 3 times "why are you here?". I told her about my symptoms, she saw my labs and the doctor notes. After she asked me for the third time what my symptoms were, I said I had already told her. She told me I had an anger problem!!! I didn't say another word. Just let her type away and watched her leave in a huff. I will never come to this office AGAIN!
