We have an individual well and were curious about the quality of our water…read more Samantha was the person who greeted us when we came through the door and proceeded to knock it out of the park. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful AND she was able to patiently explain at a level we could understand. Our test results came back via email super fast! As Samantha says, Exact can test water for anything. We chose a panel plus a few extras. It is such a piece of mind knowing our water is safe. Pricing seems very reasonable (I do not have anything to compare it with) but it was not a huge sum. Very professional and we will definitely be back to test here in the future!

I have an apartment with very poor ventilation. Working from home, I was getting lethargic, and I…read morehad a cough that was consistently getting worse over 2 years. My doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my lungs, so after considering my options, I decided to pay for an indoor air quality assessment. It's not cheap (~$525 for the comprehensive assessment, which is a little cheaper than competitors I found), but I thought it was well worth the cost. On the spot, Brian was able to confirm some big problems with the composition of my unit's air, and recommend some ways of improving it (e.g. lowering humidity + keeping bathroom fan running). After about 5 business days, I got a followup with all the numbers from the assessment, and a detailed followup of the recommendations he'd made in person. Since the inspection I've followed his advice, and my focus and energy at home have improved dramatically, and I can tell my lungs are much MUCH healthier.

I love that they've been highly rated with the BBB and delivered on that promise! Smart and thorough assessing identified a possible source for mold in my unit and the concise, professional report was accompanied by a certified, independent laboratory analysis. Right from our first conversation, he was courteous, curious and extremely professional and thoughtful. Both times when he came to do an inspection he was on time and was very thorough and meticulous in his processes. He explained everything he was doing and left no corner unturned. I felt I was in extremely good hands. Not only due to his level of expertise but also due to the fact that he truly cares about his client's health and wellbeing. The reports I got back from the lab he used, along with the detailed summary and list of recommendations he provided, were top notch. And he was always willing to answer any of my questions to make sure I understood everything. I feel so grateful that he was referred to me and that I decided to use his services. Don't hesitate to use him. Again, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

While the staff are easy to work with, they did a significant amount of damage to the sheet rock ceilings, painted walls, a paneled wall and outside house paint. When I contacted CAZ about the damage, I was told " The damage done by the tape used for containment is unavoidable. We clearly state in the estimate that damage will occur and the client is responsible for that damage. While unfortunate, the damage is not out of the ordinary for a popcorn project. By signing the contract you recognized this aspect of the project and CAZ is not responsible for repair." Before he left, he gave me an verbal summary of his results and then followed up within a couple of days with a professional report, complete with photos, charts and recommendations about how to remedy a whole range of issues (mold, humidity, carpeting, staining, etc.) The big surprise was that the mold in my house was within the normal range and did not recommend professional treatment. I can clean it myself with common household cleaners. As I read the one-or-two other reviews that say they had a horrible experience, I wonder if they are actually talking about the same company. Believe me, you will be very pleased if you call Environix.
