Went to Lowe's first and store attendant asked if she could help us. We said we were shopping for a new washer and dryer. She said "let me know if I can help you", and walked off. The guy that set up our washer and dryer took care not to hit the walls and hauled off the old set. No fee for delivery or haul off.

We had a flood in our house (totally unrelated to the washer problem), so were displaced for about nine months. The first time I used the washer, the noise was even worse than before. My husband called Athens Appliance Service and Junior came out today.
