The last contractor out here did not know there were 3 different tasks to the project: make a door, seal the vents, set up the dehumidifier with proper condensate drainage. So, my dehumidifier has never functioned, and the humidity under my house has doubled. The general manager, Mark, has not prioritized resolving the issue and has avoided direct communication, leaving the office staff to handle my concerns. Despite speaking with five different people, I have yet to witness a proactive or viable solution. I strongly recommend future customers seek service elsewhere. The Hendersonville branch is not representative of the brand.
