The husband and wife Kiefer team are a perfect complement to each other as a realtor team. They have been helping people buy, sell and build houses for over 40 years. Kathy has the experience and the eye for design as a house is being prepared for sale. She was instrumental in making just the right amount of changes to make our house stand out. Kurt is a former home builder who was able to help us throughout the technical aspects of a new home build. He was our second pair of eyes making sure we weren't missing any step. Both were very through in guiding us through the tedious process of choosing a mortgage provider and closing. We would be eager to work with them again, but it will probably be awhile since they already helped get us to what should be our "forever home".

I really do not mind dealing with it, but when someone tells me they will fix something and they never show.....that's the sign of a POS. Judy Jobin was our realtor who guided us through the process and we could not he happier and have a realtor for life! We first started looking when the market was really hot in the spring of 2018 and after firing 2 realtors we finally decided to give Judy a call. We met her at an open house in a house we had no business being in and she was the listing agent. She started talking to us and gave a bunch of tips and advice and reassurance and we thought "wow, she's been more helpful in 15 minutes than our realtor was in 6 weeks." After loosing a house due to our lazy agent we gave Judy a call and immediately got the help that we needed. 2 weeks later we found a new build in our price range and in our area that we were never even told about with our 2 previous agents. The process was long and there were bumps along the way and Judy was always there to fight for us and make sure the house was being built properly. The roof needed to be stripped and replaced as it was put up during torrential rain and she made sure it was done correctly. The house took 9 months to build and she met with us several times to walk through it and address any issues. If you want a realtor who will help you find your dream home AND keep your sanity through the process then Judy is the one for you; especially if you are a first time home buyer. She is passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients and is not afraid to confront any issues in your path.
