His knowledge of our venue and the surrounding area, as well as his portfolio of photos that he shared with us were unrivaled. John was fully accessible during the planning stages of our wedding; he was very responsive and accommodating when it came to answering our questions, providing his professional opinion and ensuring that he fully understood our needs. The day of our wedding, he and his assistant were on time and fully prepared. Moreover, they were extremely flexible amid some last minute changes to our plans due to inclement weather that approached as we began taking formal photos shortly before our ceremony! Moreover, just a few days after, he notified us that our photos were already available to view online. He and his assistant did a terrific job cataloging all of our special moments, and overall, truly capturing the spirit of the day. John has been a real pleasure to work with, and we would recommend his services to anyone in the area. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

My husband Gregg and I were fortunate enough to meet John Videler early in the planning of our…read morewedding. While we had met with other photographers, immediately after our meeting with John - we knew that he was our choice. There was a connection with John that is difficult to put into words, but it was there. And now, after working with him, there is no doubt in our minds - if we were going to do it again, we would not hesitate for a moment to work with John again. For anybody reading this and thinking about working with John - go for it - you will be so happy to have made that choice! We would give him 6 or more stars if we could! From the very beginning John went above and beyond what could be expected. Beyond being our photographer, we always felt as if he was a partner in planning our perfect day. For starters, John's work is phenomenal. He (and his assistant) shoot wonderfully, with a great sense for lighting, background, color, etc. He caught every shot you can imagine, with a perfect blend of planning and spontaneity ... from the unbelievably beautiful formal shots to the wonderful unknowns which showed my husband and I, as well as all of our guests having the time of their lives! The wonderful memories of our perfect day are "sparked" and enhanced every time we look at our album or other pictures displayed in our home. In terms of being our partner, John was there from the beginning. Whatever question we had, whether or not it was related to photography, he was more than willing to listen, provide advice, and lend a hand. He recommended our florist and others involved in our wedding, he helped us find ways to trim costs to stay within our budget, and importantly, he helped us create special ways to make our day uniquely ours. We wanted to take some of the formal pictures before our ceremony, so John created a special moment for Gregg and I to see each other for the first time on our wedding day. To say that I felt that Gregg and I were the only two people in the world at that moment is an understatement ... but John was there somewhere and he caught the tears of joy in my husband's eye and the magical love between us. He also helped us to make our ceremony totally unforgettable! Gregg is an avid cyclist, and John helped us to surprise all of our guests, including our entire wedding party, by having Gregg ride his bicycle down the aisle; and to make sure the bride had her special moment, John remembered that I was a runner and did a lot of strength training - so spontaneously at the wedding, had me drop down and do push-ups - in my gown! And he caught it all in the pictures. John was unquestionably an integral part of our day. In addition to his creativity, skill, and talent as a photographer, John has a special way of connecting with people and making a special day even more unique. Everyone at the wedding who interacted with John loved him; and those who have seen the pictures can't say enough about how incredibly beautiful they are. I still don't know how he did it, but like magic he turned two relatively camera-shy people into stars for the day! While he captured every moment of the day ... you never knew he was there! We still can't thank him enough.

JWW came recommended to me by our wedding venue. Paul was pleasure to work with. He is a not only immensely talented, he was also a gentleman who went above and beyond in providing his services. He arrived at my parents' home early - before schedule. He took family and bridesmaid photos. He took photos at the church and organized the families to get in pictures. At the venue, he took tons of photos and never seemed to get a break. He does this all the time but he made me feel special. We had a dress malfunction and Paul bustled my dress! This is not the job of the photographer but he did it. Most of all, Paul and his assistant, Sonia, maintained a mild, professional demeanor and treated everyone with such respect. He is an outstanding photographer. His fee schedule was very generous, in which we were able to pay in installments. I am so grateful to him and I highly recommend this company.

I hired Paul, the owner/operator of John Warren Wright Studios, to shoot some gimbal work with a…read moreCanon 1DX MK III and a DJI Ronin RS2 for a very important gig. Despite how I told him extensively how important this gig is, Paul shot everything in Auto ISO, making a lot of the footages unusable. Many shots ended up having either horrible amount of ugly noise or unusable color, because Paul shot everything in Auto ISO. Paul then later disappeared and blocked my cell number, not taking responsibility for ruining the video. I ended up getting permanently fired by the company I worked for largely because Paul ruined the video. The amount of financial damage Paul caused by ruining this very important gig is in at least tens of thousands of dollars. I still think he intentionally shot everything in Auto ISO to ruin the video, because he does know a thing or two about cameras. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He will intentionally ruin your very important endeavors, and then totally disappear to stab you in the back. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

My fiance and I are a super awkward couple, especially in taking photos - we didn't even have a decent photo to put on our save the date! Somehow Kevin was able to make us feel so comfortable and really made it feel like it was just us 3 and the whole world faded away behind us in the super crowded Central Park! He's also very intuitive and figured us out as a couple really quickly and was able to incorporate our silliness into the photos as well as somehow tricking us into taking those lovey dovey photos without us even knowing. His angles, lighting, eye for detail, editing - all absolutely superb! We received 30 photos after only 2 days (!!) and are excited for the rest, but these photos so far have made me and my fiance feel a plethora of emotions from busting out laughing and saying "aww." I honestly couldn't recommend Kevin enough. I wish I hadn't already booked another wedding photographer, but know that Kevin will be there to document other big events in my life!

Will immediately understood what I meant and is in general a great communicator. We shot in several locations and in several lights so that I'd have options appropriate for different uses. I'm using my favorite now as my LinkedIn and Facebook profile photos. He has a very easy way about him, and I think because he made me feel so comfortable, he was able to record an accurate (but completely flattering) image.
