(I had to guess which of my four tires actually needed air).. so I call back for them to fix that and the guy Ricardo, supposed Manager, wants to charge me because it was too long ago, he tried telling me someone else did that when literally my car hasn't been touched since them. He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out.. I will Never go there again and highly recommend you go elsewhere because if they mess up it's on you! They will steal your money. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

When informing the VP about the screw up he used the excuse that they never put the wheels back at the same location. He explained that it is so busy at times that the sales staff forgets to recalibrate the sensors Not only that but he was very rude during his reply . This makes me wonder whether they care at all about anyone doing business with them. I previously thought they were the best, but now I don't know what I should do in the future.

Not to mention eternally relieved to have finally completed a state inspection. What would otherwise be classified as an innocuous, yet necessary tradition, you would be surprised how difficult it is to find a place to get a proper state inspection done IF you're new to the area and not quite sure where to go. Worse yet....if you happen to have tint on your front windows like I did, you'd be hard pressed to find a place that will even perform said inspection, as it apparently violates NH state law. Anyway, this place is fast, efficient, and the staff are very accommodating. They even have a spiffy little waiting area with coffee and everything. Also, they accept Apple Pay. Which....I didn't realize until AFTER I already paid them with my card. See, they have one of those scanners that displays the option as the total is presented. I told the lady at the front desk they should probably post a sticky on the front door mentioning as much. This is such a convenient spot for me to get my state inspection and whatever else done because it's so close to where I live. And affordable? You bet your ass they are! Merrimack Auto Center is worthy of 5 swiftly executed state inspections out of 5.

Bob's son Barry always goes the extra mile to find what you need, suggest a cheaper alternative and explain why you might need this or that, to make your tires last longer. They call back and make space in the schedule on short notice. You will not get better service anywhere else in Nashua. We needed odd tires for boat trailers and Barry found what we needed and maximized our budget to get what we needed. I've also had to call them on the day before Thanksgiving and had Barry rummage around in his warehouse to find what I needed. Most other vendors I've dealt with wouldn't have even been open. Support good merchants like Bob's! Let's keep him in business for a long time!

Just got an alignment and sticker yesterday. Joshua took the time needed to do it right, even when things didn't go easily. One of the only places in town that can adjust caster, and the only place I'll go for tires and alignments. They are excellent!
