When it was time for my oldest daughter's senior pictures, we went through the materials the school provided, as soon as my daughter saw the work being done at Mindseye Studio it was a done deal. No other photographer was going to do. From the first meeting, through the shoot and the choosing of the prints, they made us feel at ease and quite frankly, like old friends, which for my family was a priceless gift. So when it was time for my other daughter's senior pics, of course there was no other choice! The combined efforts of Scott and Lynn, made the photo shoot something my child will never forget, they brought out a side of her that none of us knew existed and they did it with fun and laughter! Not for one moment did she feel ill at ease, which as any parent of a teenager will attest is no easy feat. I am continually in awe of the outstanding quality of work that this studio produces, both my girls chose to have prints the encompassed different sides to their personalities, the editing work done to fulfill this vision was simply flawless!! I explained how the date she rescheduled me for didn't work for me and how busy we are with the holidays coming up and she still pushed using our booking fee as a retainer even though I clearly no longer wanted to work with her because it wasn't my first unpleasant experience with her. I'm very upset with how she handled me asking for a refund per her policy. Instead of understanding and issuing it, she decide to rephrase the same thing over and over again and asked why I booked with her again after my first negative experience. Don't give second chances peeps and def don't waste your money with her. The last time I booked with her she didn't reach out about our images for 3 months and said she forgot then didn't put as much effort into them as she did with her sneak peak. It was quite embarrassing because she posted me edited and unedited. Not sure if it was intentional or not but again at the time per her policy I was entitled to a refund because she went passed her time frame of finishing the edits. Instead she rushed and got them to me the same day with little effort put into it. Not to mention she always seems like she doesn't want to be there and isn't so great with kids. Very unprofessional.
