I brought my twin boys in for check ups in February before the pandemic and had a great experience. I had to bring one of my boys back in July for a follow up. I was so impressed by the lengths they went to make sure the staff and Patients were safe. Dr. Amy was so gentle with my three year old and patient. She made him feel Comfortable and was as quick as could be. They do temperature checks and go over a list of questions before you enter the building. I feel confident to go back. I highly recommend this places for toddlers. My boys saw Dr. Amy and Dr. max they both were excellent!

I took my 5 year old son in for a cavity filling with Dr. Kolb and he quickly lost his patience with my son who was nervous and wiggly. He poked him repeatedly with the needle while trying to numb him and caused my son to be very upset and scared. Then he scolded me for trying to talk to my son and calm him down. After about 10 minutes he completely lost his patience and told us to reschedule and we would try again with some gas. I made our next appointment with Dr. Kolb again but my son was too scared to see him so I rescheduled with Dr. Robison only to then have the receptionist call me back to say that the doctors felt it was best to not see my son at all and have us go to a pediatric dentist. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional to make the receptionist call me and not talk to me themselves to discuss my sons care. We did end up seeing the pediatric dentist which then cost me double what I would have paid originally but my son did great. Took less than 5 minutes and no tears. Amazing how a little patience can make a difference. Also the pediatric dentist told us he only had 1 cavity that needed filling and not 2 like Dr Kolb said, which makes me wonder how many other cavities he has been filling unnecessarily. Save your money and go see someone else who actually cares about their patients.

The hygienists, assistants, techs, etc are equally as great. I see Dr. Birchmeier and I think he is a great dentist. He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! He really cares about his patients and when you have work done other than cleaning, he makes sure it's done right and looks great. The patient area is open and bright. So if you hate the dentist, this set up will help out with the anxiety. It's not a white sterilized room with tools laying around. And they have TV's on the ceiling!

I started seeing Dr. Bunek in 2015 (Has it really been that long?!) at her previous practice. I then followed her to her own practice and I love seeing her in her element! Her studio is ultra chic, located across from the "Big House" with a bit of a Go Blue feel throughout - a nod to Dr. Bunek's training, I suspect. Her all female staff is super friendly and I have loved every hygienist that I've seen. Her style and detailed-oriented, aesthetic eye come through in her work, as well. I trusted Dr. Bunek with my smile when we gave my upper teeth a cosmetic update with crowns and veneers. I achieved the natural, beautiful look that I was hoping for. Great person. Amazing dentist. Just take your health elsewhere, they don't care and they'll force you to pay for outside dental X-rays when you can't afford to in order to even schedule with their terrible scheduling staff who are absolutely unhelpful and careless and then they'll still do X-rays and charge you even though they forced outside ones. Waste of money and time! Since when are visual inspections with the naked eye and a simple X-ray the last diagnostic used to uncover hairline fractures and hidden infection when there are scans , dyes and more to uncover infection hiding in the tooth with a positive tap test and positive bite test?! Do better u of m dental you could have helped but instead you chose laziness and gaslighting a patient who has gotten sicker and sicker because of your bad practices and lax diagnostics.
