DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
One of the most disgusting removals companies ever!!!!! They should've on rogue traders and be banned from having a removal company!!! My brother booked with guy called sunny (think that is the owner) 4/7/18 and what a mistake that was! We paid for removal, disassemble and reassemble however that is definitely not what we got! At the beginning it all seemed ok until everything started going wrong!!!
The 2/3 men started rushing us and just loading all my furniture into the van without any sort of plan! They just chucked everything in without any regard for breaking or mixing things up! They disassembled my £700 sliding wardrobe but not unscrewing all screws properly but instead by ripping it apart forcefully!! They did the same with my double wardrobe, my king size bed frame, and chest of drawers!! (I didn't see this at the time otherwise I would have made them pay me the cost of the items there and then it called the police!!)
They didn't cover my king size mattress with any form of plastic or covering but just shoved it into there dirty van!!! Literally there was no organisation in grouping the bulky items at the back or anything but just stuffing the van anyhow just as long as it was inside!!!!!
It was agreed and paid for that they drive and put all my furniture into my storage unit and when I found my new home they will take it to my new place and reassemble everything. The agreed price for the job included disassembly and reassemble, However this definitely didn't happen!!!
When I found my home after a few months I called there website phone number but it was out of order. I then tried to contact them or get an address or customer service number however the only thing on the website was to request a quote for a response!!
Luckily my brother found sunnys email address and mobile number that was given in the day of the move. I called sunny and I explained that I needed my furniture reassembled and that it was agreed to be done once I found my home but he said the company doesn't exist! Then he said he doesn't work for them (even though I'm sure he is the owner)!!!! Then he said he is willing to do the job but I would have to pay him another £170 on top of the £400 that I already paid him!!! I said I have already paid and he promised they would reassemble my furniture and it was to be done for free as it was agreed in my initial quote, to which he disregarded and backtracked and said he doesn't work there anymore! He then started calling me and my brother crazy!!!! Still I was trying to be polite and said that wasn't a way to treat customers to which he said I pay him the extra money or he men won't finish the job! When I said I had an email proving that he agreed to reassemble my furniture he then hung up on me!
I called him back and he didn't answer, he then blocked my number on the phone, I what app him the email and he blocked me on egarscspp too!!!!!!
I then had to pay another removal company £300 to get my furniture and assemble it for me! Once my furniture was in my home the new company explained that because they didn't disassemble things properly and left all the screws in some of them had broken and also they cracked the wood and frames! Basically my £700 wardrobe was too damaged and could not be put back together!!!!!!!!!
I had to scrap it and buy a wild new wardrobe!!!!
My bed frame & second wardrobe was in the same condition but somehow they managed to secure it using more screws that we had to buy! Both are still not fully secured and they are unsteady, but I can't afford to buy all new furniture!!!
I called sunny again a few days later from my mums phone and tried to explain what his company had done and to get compensation or try to claim on the insurance but he denied ever speaking to me and then hung up and blocked her number too!!!!!
PLS BEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! COMPLETE ROGUE TRADERS!!!!!
